The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

The staff (Noreen, Isa, Diame, Claudia, David and Charles) at Hotel Riviera Collection are very friendly and helpful. They take the time to provide extremely helpful travel tips in addition to their excellent service. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. The location is perfect: just 2 minutes to the beach, public transportation is literally outside the hotel, the city centre and old town are all a short walk away. Plus the facade of the hotel is very charming. The staff were 5 star. The breakfast was a little pricey for someone who doesn't eat a big breakfast. Otherwise, I would stay there again without a thought 🙂.

It was fantastic, the room is so spacious and with sea view! The service is very good and the staff are very kind! The bathroom is also big and with bathtub.

Fantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day! Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

Mặc dù phải đợi 4 tiếng mới được nhận phòng nhưng điều tôi cảm nhận được sau hai ngày ở đó là bầu không khí thoải mái của sảnh tầng 1 và đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện. Tuy nhiên, tôi thực sự ghét người phụ nữ bước vào ngày thứ hai trong phòng ngủ chung 4 người. Tôi nghĩ những người phụ nữ đến ký túc xá về cơ bản đều có cách cư xử tồi tệ và cách cư xử tồi tệ. The hotel is very conveniently close to the train station, it is quite easy to travel along the coast with the regional train. The hotel room is good and clean. There are many amenities such as kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom is also as the similar size as the sleeping room, which is a plus as per other single room use in other hotels.

Очень уютный отельчик на тихой улице в паре минут от вокзала. Дружелюбный персонал, особенно русскоязычная дама на ресепшн. В номерах нет холодильника, но он есть на ресепшн, можно оставить продукты, есть маленькая кухня и посуда. Из минусов - медленный интернет.
