The staff (Noreen, Isa, Diame, Claudia, David and Charles) at Hotel Riviera Collection are very friendly and helpful. They take the time to provide extremely helpful travel tips in addition to their excellent service. Highly recommended.

It was fantastic, the room is so spacious and with sea view! The service is very good and the staff are very kind! The bathroom is also big and with bathtub.

I stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. The location is perfect: just 2 minutes to the beach, public transportation is literally outside the hotel, the city centre and old town are all a short walk away. Plus the facade of the hotel is very charming. The staff were 5 star. The breakfast was a little pricey for someone who doesn't eat a big breakfast. Otherwise, I would stay there again without a thought 🙂.

Fantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day! Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

Mặc dù phải đợi 4 tiếng mới được nhận phòng nhưng điều tôi cảm nhận được sau hai ngày ở đó là bầu không khí thoải mái của sảnh tầng 1 và đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện. Tuy nhiên, tôi thực sự ghét người phụ nữ bước vào ngày thứ hai trong phòng ngủ chung 4 người. Tôi nghĩ những người phụ nữ đến ký túc xá về cơ bản đều có cách cư xử tồi tệ và cách cư xử tồi tệ. Very clean hotel and the reception is very helpful. Nonetheless, I had a very bad experience with Trip.com - where we needed to modify our booking from 2 nights to 1 night, and the hotel is supportive, but Trip.com was not able to send our request to the hotel (it seems nor did they have interest to help with this), despite that I spent 2 hours at night and half an hour in the morning asking them to send my request over the phone. Overall I am quite happy with the hotel, but very disappointed with Trip.com and would alert those who are planning to use this App/website in the future.

The hotel is very conveniently close to the train station, it is quite easy to travel along the coast with the regional train. The hotel room is good and clean. There are many amenities such as kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom is also as the similar size as the sleeping room, which is a plus as per other single room use in other hotels.
