This is a really 5 Stars Hotel in the heart of Helsinki.  The infrastructure, the amenities, the services are impeccable from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Doormen are courteous and friendly. The Housekeepers are friendly, meticulous and polite.  The Gym is one of the best in the hotel industry. It is so well equipped for all muscle groups you wish to work on.  When one of my friend’s room and some issues, it was immediately remedied and service recovery was swift and effective.  Our rooms were actually extended and drinks grated gratis to wow us. I must say Willem Hagedoorn (the Deputy Hotel Manager) was really generous! All 5 of us were very impressed by the high quality customer service and first class hospitality standard of  NH Collection - we were delighted!  I even got a Birthday surprise from the Guest Relations Manager. Tôi đã đọc một số đánh giá và quyết định đặt phòng Scandic Simonkentta trong 3 đêm. Nhìn chung, rất thất vọng! Họ không cung cấp dép đi trong nhà và ấm đun nước điện cho phòng tiêu chuẩn. Có nghĩa là, họ chỉ cung cấp dịch vụ dựa trên kích thước phòng! Một yêu cầu cơ bản như vậy, yêu cầu khách phải trả thêm chi phí cho ấm đun nước! Thật nực cười và thất vọng. Phòng tiêu chuẩn mỗi đêm tôi đặt cũng không hề rẻ! Lần đầu tiên gặp phải vấn đề này! Dù sao thì cũng có nhiều khách sạn ở vị trí tốt gần đó. Vì vậy, Scandi Simonketta không phải là tốt nhất. thậm chí còn không cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng. Đây là lần đầu tiên và cũng là lần cuối cùng tôi có trải nghiệm rất tệ. Không bao giờ đặt phòng Scandi Simonketta nữa! Cảm ơn

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, sảnh đợi thực sự đẹp và được nhân viên chào đón nồng nhiệt với vị trí tốt. Có phòng họp, phòng xông hơi khô, phòng tập thể dục, v.v. và bữa sáng rất ngon. Phòng của tôi ở cánh phía tây thay vì tòa nhà chính, nơi khá xa khu vực gác xép, đặc biệt là với hành lý lớn. Chỉ có cà phê/trà/sô cô la và ấm đun nước nóng, cũng như xà phòng tắm. Có móc treo quần áo và két an toàn. Không có tiện nghi nào khác (bàn chải đánh răng, kem đánh răng, lược, v.v.). Giường lớn và thoải mái. Máy lạnh không tắt n*** cả khi để nhiệt độ ở mức 0… quá lạnh! Dụng cụ vệ sinh để lại trong phòng tắm do bộ phận dọn phòng không biết tại sao, được chuyển từ góc này sang góc khác của phòng tắm n*** cả sau khi tôi đã báo với lễ tân… thật kỳ lạ!

Good value art deco hotel for a three night stay. Exceptional breakfast. Not very helpful pre advice about location. So… If you are coming from Helsinki port (eg ferry from Tallinn), get the tram 7T to Kaisaniemenpuisto. Then a short walk to the hotel. Tap and pay at the ticket machine for €3.20 one way, zone AB. From Helsinki airport, get the train to Helsinki main train station, 33 mins, tap and go, zone ABC. To get there walk down the road for 7 to 10 mins; contemplate some cobbled streets when wheeling luggage, but not an issue.  NB Helsinki Kampii is the main BUS/COACH terminal that you may use to go to Porvoo for a wonderful daytrip; a bit more of a walk from the Arthur Hotel ( use Google maps). Not to be confused with the Art Deco train station. All are walkable.  Finally, a visit to Suomenlinna (zone AB tap & go) is recommended along with Senate Square/the Cathedral & the Russian Cathedral. Great restaurant for Finnish food and beer under €7 is Ravintola Kolme Kruunua. Lovely shops at the harbour stalls & Craft Corner. Take a walk down the Esplanade.

Tất cả nhân viên đều rất thân thiện. Để giữ vali ở lối vào? Độ dốc khá lớn và đáng sợ. Bên cạnh đó cũng có thang máy. Ngoài ra còn có phòng trẻ em, mặc dù thiếu nhiều tiện nghi nhưng bọn trẻ vẫn rất vui. Bữa sáng tự chọn cũng tươi ngon.

Stayed at Scandic Helsinki Aviapolis, a convenient airport hotel near Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Overall, it was a good stay, ideal for transit travelers and short visits. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle service running every 20–30 minutes. It is also within walking distance of Aviapolis train station (about 15 minutes), making it easy to reach Helsinki city center. A major plus is the Jumbo Shopping Mall nearby, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store—perfect for those needing last-minute essentials or an alternative dining option. The room was clean, modern, and functional, featuring comfortable bedding, a work desk, and a well-maintained bathroom with a walk-in shower and essential toiletries. The breakfast buffet starts at 6 AM, offering a great selection of fresh bread, cold cuts, hot dishes, and Finnish specialties. For those with super early flights, a light breakfast is available from 4 AM. Due to time constraints - I briefly checked out the gym and sauna in the basement which appeared well-maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The overall atmosphere is modern and practical, making it a great choice for travelers catching an early flight or needing a short, comfortable stay near the airport.

Senate Hotel, although basic, is situated well for local attractions - 10 minutes walk from the shops/ restaurants/nightlife of Helsinki city centre; 15 minutes walk from the harbour, if you arrive by ferry; and right next to Senate Square/Helsinki Cathedral. The hotel, itself, is based in an apartment building, on the fifth floor, and has ten rooms. There's a five-hour window, in which there's a receptionist to meet you (3-8pm). Outside of this time, you are given a code to enter the main door of the building, and then the front door of the hotel section, which I had to do. As it turned out, a friendly staff member was still there when I arrived, and I was fortunate enough to be given a free room upgrade. The double room I was given, was larger than average, and included a wash basin and small refrigerator. The bathroom and toilets are shared, but clean with a good, strong shower, and separate men's and women's toilets. There's also a small shared kitchen, so you could prepare food. My hotel room had a comfy bed, and good thick enough curtains which, if you're here in the height of Summer, means you won't be woken by the sunrise before 4am! The decor is a bit dated, but if you need info on what to do, where to go, and what's happening in Helsinki, there's lots of information. This is more of a short-stay hotel - a few days, at most, but if you need a well-located, warm, simple place to base yourself while in the city, this is actually a good choice.

I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!
