One of the best location in Barcelona. It is the center of many tourist spots and there are many restaurants, cafes, shops near the hotel. And room was very clean and well-maintained. The pool area was also very relaxing and the staffs were very kind, especially a man at the bar.

We had such a beautiful and memorable stay at Ohla Barcelona! After coming from an 18-hour trip, we truly appreciated the early check-in and the lovely upgrade, it was the perfect welcome and exactly what we needed. The location is absolutely ideal, especially as a pre-cruise stay, and being our first time in Barcelona, Ohla set the tone for our entire trip. The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel at home right away. The cava and chocolates waiting in our room were such a sweet and thoughtful touch, but what touched us most was the handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary, it made the moment even more special. Thank you Iraia and Andrea. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious options. I have to give a special mention to the mini croissants, they were absolutely divine, melting in your mouth with every bite! We would also like to especially mention Fatima from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast experience was perfect. She was so warm, genuinely friendly, and attentive. She even prepared us some really good lattes, which made our mornings even better. Her kindness and hospitality truly stood out! We will absolutely book here again in a heartbeat. I have requested a room in higher floor, far from lift. However I was allocated a room on 1st floor next to lift. The noise in the corridors is loud and some you can hear clearly in late night. Also you can see nothing through the window as it is a wall outside the window. The view is quite bad as you can’t see anything. The location is good, close to Espanya underground station. Airport shuttle bus stop is outside hotel as well. A good restaurant is 1-min walk from hotel. The reception lady and gentleman are very good apart from one wearing glasses. Room service is done pretty well and it is clean. Shower water is hot and strong, which is good. Free luggage storage.

The check in experience was so horrible. After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight. If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in. I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled. They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in. Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key. The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets. I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.

Good location, space is fine for couples travellers. The reception is behind the hotel room which is little challenging to locate (next to the McD signboard). Reception is very nice, breakfast is a buffet style and have good variety of choices!

We loved staying here, the African gentleman from guest services was exceptional and very professional and assisted us with all our requests, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was also wonderful as expected. We celebrated our anniversary here and they made our stay truly memorable.

Tôi ở trong một phòng chỉ dành cho phụ nữ cho 6 người. Có một ngăn hành lý có khóa dưới giường tầng dưới cùng, rất tiện lợi. Phòng đủ rộng để chứa hai vali xách tay. Tốt nhất là bạn nên mang theo ổ khóa của riêng mình. Bạn có thể mua một ổ khóa ở quầy lễ tân. Tôi nghĩ giá khoảng 5 euro. Nơi này cách ga gần nhất 5 phút đi bộ. Có thể dễ dàng đến Sagrada Familia bằng xe buýt. Hầu hết khách là sinh viên, vì vậy tôi cảm thấy hơi lạc lõng với tư cách là một phụ nữ đã kết hôn, nhưng tôi khuyên bạn nên đến đây nếu bạn chỉ muốn ngủ.

Locker is available for store luggages before check in time @ 2euro. Hotel is clean, staff is ok. Wall is thin like what other comments said but you can solve problem by your earphone. Bed is comfort, recommended. It is in walking distance to sagrada familla. About 30 mins far from airport, taxi cost will be around 50euro. Microwave is available at first floor and there is a coffee/bakery shop which open since 6.30am. Suitable for anyone who will leave hotel very early morning.
