Coffee, drinks, and snacks in the lobby are a nice touch but coffee maker goes out of service when water empty, so no coffee in the AM before staff comes in at 9AM. Sun deck enjoyable but had to hunt down cushions. No hot water for shower the day of departure. Fairly easy check in. Good value overall.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhThe hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

JJike酒店離火車站不遠也不近，設施設備也還行，早吃火腿非常新鮮非常好吃，是現切的那種，早餐品種不多，除了鮮切火腿外基本沒啥深刻印象，餐廳設計也很冷冰冰住了三天沒見幾個人吃早餐，基本上還算OK。

MMSim83I needed a hotel for a night in Cádiz before I went to the port to catch the ferry to The Canary Islands , the hotel is right on the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shops , friendly staff on reception and a lovely clean and modern room with private balcony , its advertised as a spa but there is no pool. I didn’t use any facilities other than my room but there is also a restaurant and rooftop bar . Only thing I didn’t like was my room was at the end of a floor with a staff access elevator and the cleaners kept bringing stuff up and constantly making noise all evening till about 10:30pm , why they do it when people are trying to relax and sleep is beyond me , it ruins your stay , it wouldn’t of been an issue but I needed to get up at 6am to checkout for a walk to the ferry port , so don’t expect much sleep in this hotel as the doors are noisy and people are constantly banging and shutting them , also the walls are very thin I could hear someone snoring in the next room to mine, Overall tho a good stay 👍🏼

Detalles especiales como toallas de playa y la posibilidad de prolongar el aparcamiento más allá de la hora de salida del día siguiente, fueraparte de la amabilidad en el checking lo hacen llegar al 10. Sin duda. Enhorabuena a la cadena por todo, y por contar con gente tan profesional y amable.

TTài khoản kháchOverall, common areas are modern and spacious. Some rooms have beautiful views over the city, botanic garden, and sea side. The hotel also offers very good facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi & gym. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of variety to pick from. However there were quite a few disappointments: service at the bar was really bad, with staff sighting and making faces when you ask to order something, the inner spa is at additional cost and the rooms are very small which does not make it worth the price we paid.

KKaterina NekliudovaConvenient location, beautiful hotel, fast check-in. An employee at the reception comes to Whatsapp and gives you all the information you need to check in on your own. The hotel is quiet, there is a small tavern with a delicious lunch. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, mini bar, towels, shampoo and gel, air conditioning. The best comfortable bed. Near the train station. Thank you, I enjoyed it.

MMines.GCEl lugar en el que está ubicado es genial, en el centro de todo, el lugar es precioso y lo tienen bien cuidado, la habitación compartida que me tocó muy limpia, al igual que el baño, la zona común de cocina y comedor genial, en si el lugar para mi es de 10 Cositas que mejorar pero que no las voy a usar para desvalorizar el lugar, es el personal, que creo que probablemente lo solucionen, tuve que ir a tocarle la puerta a una de ellas que creo que se aloja en el lugar porque tenía la música a full a las 11 de la noche y se estaba montando un concierto, salía por las instalaciones y no tenía en cuenta que hay huéspedes e iba alzando la voz o cantando como si nada. Quitando esa parte volveré a repetir en el mismo lugar y lo he recomendado a amistades porque me ha encantado.
