Tôi đã đọc nhầm phần mô tả bằng tiếng Trung nên một phần lỗi là do tôi đã đặt một phòng khá tồi tàn! Tuy nhiên, nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, điều đó thực sự rất tuyệt. Vị trí khách sạn rất tuyệt, và tôi có thể dễ dàng đi lại. Điều duy nhất khiến tôi thất vọng là các tiện nghi trong phòng đối với loại phòng này! Nói tóm lại, mọi thứ bên trong đều cũ kỹ và chất lượng kém. Bạn có thể có đồ nội thất cũ nhưng ít nhất cũng phải bảo dưỡng chúng tốt hơn. Ví dụ, dép đi trong nhà bị rách, bên trong tủ lạnh bị gỉ sét, và không có rèm tắm trong phòng tắm! Giá cả nằm trong ngân sách của tôi trong mùa cao điểm và tôi không muốn chi tiêu nhiều hơn, cộng thêm tất cả các phòng khác đều đã kín chỗ, vì vậy tôi không có nhiều điều để phàn nàn về kỳ nghỉ của mình. Giường thoải mái và phòng đủ rộng rãi. Nhưng nói một cách khách quan, với mức giá tôi đã trả, nó chắc chắn là khá đắt so với chất lượng phòng. Tôi chỉ có thể nói rằng, những bức ảnh do khách sạn cung cấp chắc chắn đã được chỉnh sửa rất nhiều về ánh sáng và màu sắc. Tuy nhiên, tôi vẫn tận hưởng kỳ nghỉ của mình vì phòng đáp ứng được mục đích của tôi. Nơi đó khá ấm cúng. :)

Staff are awesome. Meals are ok, but then considering it's in the mountains,with breakfast and dinner provided, nothing to complain. Location is super awesome, quiet, tranquil,peaceful. Good for those who are looking for a break from the buzz and buzzer. The indoor hot spring and the view is super awesome.

Không gian rất thoải mái. Tuy phòng cũ nhưng được bảo trì rất tốt, rất thư giãn. Vừa bước ra là đến phố Cổ Quán, nên việc mua sắm cũng rất thuận tiện. Nhà hàng ăn tối và cửa hàng tiện lợi cũng rất gần. Tuy nhiên, nhiều món ăn sáng hơi chua, hy vọng có thể cải thiện được.

服務人員態度親切、熱情！館內設施舒適且乾淨,大眾池有五個湯（美人湯..草原湯..咖啡湯..）供你選擇,溫度也不同！對我而言簡直是客製化泡湯！房間裡無異味,過敏體質的我都不會覺得搔癢或想打噴嚏,整體住宿品質很好,期待下次再來體驗

トイレットペーパーの設置してある所が後ろで取りづらかった。トイレとシャワーとの境目が1/3ぐらいしかなくて使いづらかった。 到着が夜７時ちょっと前で遅かったのですが夕飯の準備をしてもらうことができとても助かりました。(豚肉の１人前ずつの鍋) 朝食はお粥、パン、野菜など豊富でお腹いっぱいになりました。 皆さんとても親切でした。機会があったらまた利用したいと思います。

Best resort in Taiwan and worth every penny. Highest level of service - it’s like being at a modern luxury ryokan in Japan except everyone speaks Chinese. Room design is brilliant, and one king room fit my family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers with a California king and a separate tatami area. The room has an epic view from every angle the moment you walk in the door and includes a private outdoor onsen connected to your bathroom. I noticed many private in-room onsens in Japan are diluted down, but this was spring fed. The public onsen was huge, extremely well maintained, and included a large walled zen garden with an adjacent sauna and cold plunge. I was lucky enough to experience this area all to myself with one other guest leaving as I arrived and another guest arriving as I was leaving. In China, this onsen would have comfortably accommodated 100 bathers. The spring water is not high in sulfuric content (doesn’t smell like rotten eggs), and the temperature is relatively mild - ideal for my family. Given the limited availability of the hotel online, I was expecting it to be more crowded. I got the sense that room rates are controlled to optimize guest experience, not profit, while staff are trained to ensure that customers never feel like they are being ripped off or “sold”. It seemed there were more staff than guests on site. I originally booked 2 rooms, and some of my family members couldn’t make the trip. We didn’t need the second room, and the staff were very gracious to refund and cancel the second room on the spot. When I’m back in Taiwan or traveling to a place where Hoshinoya does business, I would not hesitate to book again and make a special journey to stay at one of their destination resorts.
