Vị trí tuyệt vời n*** đối diện với Daming Hu và bối cảnh đẹp trong các tòa nhà/sân trong truyền thống. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. Nhưng chắc chắn không nên chọn phòng hướng ra hồ—rất ồn ào từ đường/cách âm kém, và dù sao thì bạn cũng không thể nhìn thấy hồ vì có nhiều cây cối và độ cao thấp. had a wonderful stay in QuanShuiRenJia, the staff were amazing! Amazing customer service as well! Love the interior of the place, plus points especially to the automated heated toilet bowl. However, breakfast for everyday is the same, hope to see some rotations for breakfast! Would still recommend this place to foreigners to stay in as it is really convenient in terms of location ❤️

Dịch vụ: Chúng tôi đã có vấn đề với vòi hoa sen trên 6/F vì áp lực nước rất thấp hoặc chỉ cần tắt ra hết. Ban đầu chúng tôi yêu cầu nhân viên lễ tân sắp xếp nhưng không có nhiều xảy ra. Room always clean and tidy. Laundry room has 5 washing and 5 drying machines - I loved it. Location near metro but not many shops. However, I just have to walk for less than 10 mins to reach shops and restaurant.

Tôi đã thử Ctrip và thành công, trải nghiệm nhận phòng rất tốt. Tôi ở lại hai đêm. Không giống như những khách sạn khác có hệ thống sưởi ấm và khô vào mùa đông, nhiệt độ ở đây vừa phải, không nóng cũng không lạnh. có một chút ngạc nhiên là nó sẽ tự động phát khi bạn bật vòi nước khi đang tắm với nhạc nhẹ.

The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests.
The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.
