Các khách sạn ở gần Hồ Schwarzsee, Zermatt

Cảnh quan thật ngoạn mục, dịch vụ tuyệt vời và họ rất nồng nhiệt chào đón khi chúng tôi đến. Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi trải nghiệm điều này ở Châu Âu. Mặc dù khách sạn đã nâng cấp phòng, có sân hiên lớn, nhưng nó quá thấp để chạm tới mặt trước, che khuất tầm nhìn. Tôi không chắc giá đó có phải là cho tầng một không, điều này khá đáng thất vọng. Khách sạn có ba hồ bơi và các tiện nghi đều tuyệt vời. Tuy nhiên, phòng ở tầng một có mùi rất nồng, giống như mùi đồ nội thất bằng gỗ. Họ đã đề nghị giúp đỡ, nhưng tôi không muốn bị xịt nước hoa phòng lần nữa, vì vậy tôi đã ở đó qua đêm trong cảm giác không thoải mái. Có xe buýt đưa đón đến và đi từ khách sạn, nhưng tôi quên mất mình đã đi bộ đến đó, và mất khá nhiều thời gian để đến đó.

Thật sự rất thích kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi tại khách sạn này! Dịch vụ tuyệt vời của nhân viên đã làm cho tuần trăng mật của chúng tôi ngọt ngào hơn nhiều. Mọi người đều thân thiện, tốt bụng và luôn sẵn lòng giúp đỡ. Phòng thực sự đẹp và phòng xông hơi khô và bồn tắm mở là một bất ngờ thú vị! Bữa sáng cũng rất ngon. Các tiện nghi như khu vực chăm sóc sức khỏe bao gồm bồn ngâm chân, ghế hồng ngoại, bồn tắm nước nóng, v.v.

這家酒店簡直是我們的lucky酒店！我們在這裏結束了瑞士的悽風苦雨，終於看到了馬特洪峯！這家酒店自己本身也很棒，室內的佈置和設計，都很小巧思地用了馬特洪峯的元素，而且我們昨天晚上六七點才臨時預訂，前台小姐姐給我們升級了房型，房間好大，還帶一個大陽台，房間有免費的咖啡和茶，她們家的早餐也很棒，因為早上趕着去上山，都沒有拍照片，但早餐非常豐富，草莓、獼猴桃等各種新鮮水果，培根、烤腸等剛煎好的肉食，還有西蘭花、蘑菇等蔬菜，以及各種麪包，果汁牛奶，甚至是可以鮮榨橙汁，還可以去吧枱點一杯卡布奇諾，總之就是能吃的很滿足了！最最最棒的就是這家酒店還有接送服務，本來我們要拖着大箱子走十幾分鍾去火車站，小車車直接就送我們去啦，幾分鐘，超快就到了！我保證，下次來采爾馬特，絕對還住這家！

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very near the zermatt train station, just opposite of Macdonald’s. Breakfast had a good selection. Housekeeping would check in on you and offer free chocolates. The only feedback I have is the room didn’t provide English instructions on how to dial the concierge so I had to walk down to request for items.

The hotel was in 5 minutes walking from Zermatt train station and it offered free shuttle for check in and out as there was a steep path to the hotel entrance, not good to walk with luggages. I booked 2 bedrooms family suite but only with one bathroom which was the downside. However, the total space of 60 meter sq with a decent living room and a small balcony facing Matterhorn were a plus to the overall stay. There were some minor defects and the staff fixed efficiently. They had an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna room. I had to mention that the jacuzzi was of high standard and you must go after a day of hiking. So bring your swimming suit. However, please note that in there culture, no clothes are allowed to enter the sauna room and it is in mixed genders. The breakfast buffet was lack of choices. But I had to specially name Mr Fernando, he always welcome us with very good coffee and of course his warm greetings in the morning. Suggestion to the hotel: 1. Stated clearly the number of bathroom/ toilet in the booking details regarding my booking is a 2 bedrooms suite. 2. More choices for breakfast, my family stays 4 nights there. Everyday, the menu is same. 3. The pool was closed at 8pm, will be better if it closes at 9pm as it was rather rush for the guests to use after dinner. Overall, I recommend this hotel to family. I will come back again.

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel Bistrols from Dec 16 to Dec 17. During my stay, I experienced an incident that left me quite unsettled. Around 20 mins after my check-in to the hotel, another group of tourists (think was a couple) was able to use hotel access card to access my room, we, both parties are shocked and super embarrassed. This situation raised significant concerns about the security protocols in place at the hotel. As a guest, I expect a certain level of safety. If the room was accidentally opened without my presence, I am not sure whether my belongings are going to disappear, this situation made me had just a light sleep throughout the whole stay. The lack of adequate security measures not only compromised my sense of safety but also made me question the overall management of the hotel. In an age where guest security is paramount, I believe that Hotel Bistrols should prioritize ensuring that all rooms are properly secured and that guests feel safe throughout their stay. A point to add is that the receptionist has poor attitude towards her service. The whole experience which I would not consider to give this hotel another try in future. I hope that the hotel will take my concerns seriously and address these issues for future guests.

This is one of the only affordable options available in Zermatt but I’d recommend avoiding it. The property is at 45meter high which became a challenge to go up with luggage. Then when you reach there sadly i had opted for a 8 bed room which was on the 4th floor which didn’t have lift 🥲. Then when i reached my room it turned out to a common tiny attic again entryway via another stairs with laid out communal style attached beds. It was so bad that if i extended both my arms i’d cover other people. You can imagine homeless people sleeping together. The amenities are available outside and it has good breakfast and WiFi was my savior. If you are really on a budget choose something not the cheapest option here.
