The staff were welcoming and attentive Receptionist Nicole made my stay at Rochester Hotel a memorable experience. Her dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to her hard work and passion for her role. The room and bathroom were big and clean I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced,($7 buffet lunch) with high quality of food and with a good service The hotel's location was perfect, .Overall, I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for Central ,convenient location in Curitiba

TTài khoản kháchWe had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

Chuveiro super quente, pois está um dia bem frio, o café da manhã muito bom. Tudo bem limpo que pra.mim é o que importa mais. Concerteza irei novamente cobertores bons... A única coisa que podia ser uma tv que pudesse entrar na minha conta Netflix.

TTài khoản kháchA great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming. We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away. The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear. This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

PPablo BorgesO hotel tem estrutura um pouco antiga porém tudo muito bem limpo, atendimento excelente , tudo funcionando de forma excelente. A recepção foi ótima. Chegamos as 8hs e tínhamos um passeio para Morretes, facilitaram de forma fantástica nossa troca de roupa e guarda de bagagens. O café todo excelente, muuto bem feito e com tudo de qualidade. Fora o valor que foi ótimo. Pra mim nota 10. Voltarei sempre, sem dúvida!!
