I booked Fly in Baku hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted with their stay. Everything was perfect from the moment they arrived until the day they checked out. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and quiet – exactly what you need for a relaxing trip. The hotel itself has a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere that made them feel at ease right away. What really made their stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A very special thanks goes to Mr. Jafar Jabarov, who went above and beyond to make sure my parents had the best experience possible. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He made them feel cared for and at home throughout their stay. I highly recommend Fly in Baku to anyone visiting Baku. If you are looking for a hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service, this is the perfect place. My parents returned with only good memories, and we are very grateful to the entire team.

房間雖然有點小，但酒店地理位置非常棒，總體住得很滿意！老城就在邊上步行5分鐘，非常喜歡老城裡的氛圍，可以坐在路邊餐廳喝喝咖啡喝喝酒很舒服，少女塔邊上還有很多街頭藝人。酒店樓下類似步行街，很多酒吧，晚上也很有氣氛。來的時候正好遇上F1，價格直接起飛，看了平時的價格還是很合適的！因為比賽哪哪都封路，所以周圍會有些繞，本地人都還沒搞清楚，第一天找酒店花了點時間。

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt. Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass das Hotel neu renoviert wurde. Es verfügt über drei Etagen, wobei sich in der ersten und zweiten Etage die Gästezimmer befinden. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein Dachfenster, da es in der Zweiten Etage unterm Dach befand. Obwohl es In der Zimmerbeschreibung stand, ist mit das nicht aufgefallen. Das war aber kein Problem, da das Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage verfügte, was man selbst einstellen konnte. Wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, ein Zimmer aber in der ersten Etage nehmen.

Beautiful building, but there are many things to improve. ”+” 1. Very beautiful view from the seaview room, you can see the whole city 2. Personnel is polite and helpful 3. Not so far from the center, nice area around, easy to get by taxi 4. The room is spacious and clean, with nice bathroom. 5. In room dining is good. ”-” 1. I booked this hotel knowing Fairmont from other countries (stayed there) and the level here is down. 2. If you call and ask something, not very fast response. Ihad to wait very long for help with luggage at check out. 3. The price is expensive for the level you get. 4. The spa area which for me was important was old, needs modernisation. Sauna wood is dangerously falling apart, the jacuzzi in the pool have handles that are moving a lot, almost detached, stain in the pool is not cleaned. There is no supervision in the pool, some people enter without shower. 5. I booked for the sun and external pool, but its down in between the buildings, so no sun after lunch and its very windy. Overall the hotel is good, but many things that ruin the impression.

Amazing stay , excellent service from the reception above above excellence ! ,The location is perfect everything is a walk a way ! Perfect hotel .. the only issue is the housekeeping they dont clean they only arrange .. I faced issue with the toilet and noticed that its wasnt cleaned at all! Even the room tissue box was empty they didnt fill it they didnt notice because they dont clean even when I requested tissue box it was kept a side not in the tissue box container .. However, receptionist are always eager to help and assist they even offer the cleaning service mid night just to help ! A perfect hotel they only need to work on elevating the housekeepers Note: rooms at a lower level and on a particular road are very noisy because of the cars you cant sleep , so request moving to a higher floor or another side of the hotel

Every meal felt like a gourmet experience!   Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Modern Hotel Baku made it effortless. They provided fresh milk for our little one at various times of the day without hesitation, and even offered snacks tailored for kids. The staff’s patience and willingness to accommodate our needs (like high chairs or kid-friendly utensils) made us feel completely at ease.     For the level of service, amenities, and quality we received, the price was unbelievably reasonable. It’s rare to find such affordability paired with luxury – this hotel nails it!   Modern Hotel Baku is a gem for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Their attention to detail, dedication to guest satisfaction, and focus on creating a welcoming environment for children set them apart. We left feeling pampered, well-fed, and already planning our next visit!   It's hardly at distance from Nizami Street/Little Venice/Daniz Mall/Old Baku/Carpet Museum all at max 3-4Manat taxi fare.   – if you’re heading to Baku, look no further than this hotel. Отель находится в старом городе и на все экскурсии я ходила пешком за пару минут, потому что Old City Inn в паре минут от ворот старого города, а обычно там встречаются с туристами экскурсионные группы. Отель уютный всего на 15 номеров, если для вас важно, то лифта нет - есть винтовая лестница, оно и к лучшему, в Баку очень вкусная пахлава ))) Завтрак на 5 этаже - с окнами на старый город и Каспий. Завтрак это: омлет или яичница, томаты, огурцы, колбаса, разные виды сыров, хлеб и масло + чай или кофе. Но если вам не хочется завтракать в отеле - вокруг очень много заведений которые предлагают завтрак на любой вкус. У меня был номер с большой кроватью, который убирали когда я оставляла ключ на респешен и просила убрать, без запроса они не заходят в номер! А так были нужны в разное время: утюг, тарелка, штопор - принесли. В душе мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, есть одноразовые тапочки. На респшен работают замечательные гостеприимные люди, Ягиана - душа отеля, она заботливая, эмоциональная, всегда ответит на миллион вопросов, проконсультирует куда поехать на море, где самая вкусная пахлава, как будто к ней в гости приехала, она замечательно разговаривает на русском. И Ферзали - улыбчивый и разговорчивый парёнек, поднимающий настроение (с ним на местном или на английском). В моём номере розетки были не очень удобно расположены и стены тонкие, слышимость отличная. А в остальном - мне понравилось. Расположение - лучшее, какое только можно представить (находится в самом старом городе и до метро недалеко и до набережной, до Музея ковра минут 15-20 пешком). Если у вас большой багаж, то будет трудновато тащить его по мощёной мостовой старого города в горку. На фото виды во время завтрака. Я влюбилась в Баку, чего и вам желаю )

Сам отель больше тянет на 3*, а не на 4*. Рядом стройка, что добавляет шума, пыли и соответственно портит вид из окна. На 7-ом этаже советую не селиться, поскольку на 8-ом находится круглосуточный ресторан, в котором периодически проходят различные мероприятия, после которых персонал расставляет мебель обратно. Уснуть при таком раскладе сложно, так как шумоизоляции естественно никакой нет. Завтраки разнообразные, шведский стол, но качество еды на твёрдую тройку. Постельное бельё чистое, но с дырками. До старого города неспешным шагом примерно 25-30 минут. В общем не могу сказать, что было ужасно, но второй раз в отель точно не вернусь.
