TTài khoản kháchOur internet service wasn’t good / and shower had a little bit issues. The hotel solved it quickly . The hotel service is excellent. in the room it provide coffee machine / kettle - Italy good brand . Also I really like the shower gel / body lotion provided by the hotel - these all 5 stars hotel standard. It is highly recommended. The only thing I can criticize to the hotel is it should replace the shower head .

RReden VillanuevaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially appreciated the convenient location and the excellent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

JJelly1JellyHotel is in a very good city location with access to light rail, coaches, restaurants and shopping mall within walking distance. Free breakie for kids too which was good and breakfast offer itself was acceptable. Apart from that you'd have to turn a blind eye to the state of the room itself (need to lower your expectations by a lot) , run down bathrooms ( needs major renovation), dusty bedsides and snack bar table, very crowded pool and lack of hotel car spaces.

TTài khoản kháchAnything that could go wrong did go wrong!!! For a disabled room there was no power point near the bed. The only available power point in the room was in the bathroom. The air conditioning was manually powered and was positioned above the window so anyone in a wheelchair or that was short could not reach it. The only place to hang up your clothes was on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom was quite large but when I went to put the towel on the hanger it came apart!!!! And the top of the toilet was broken. Then I opened the fridge and it looked like a soda can had exploded and nobody had cleaned it. When I informed the staff member he was very lovely, he came in and cleaned the fridge, gave me a power board and extension cord for the bed which did help. But then in the morning the young staff member on took an hour and half to bring a toasted sandwich to my room after saying it would only be 10mins. He had clearly forgotten about it. So after such a bad experience I asked for my money back!!!!
