房間較緊湊，衞生可以，衞生間較新，因入住等房間緊靠廚房油煙排放管，晚上一樓餐廳停業前和早上開始做早餐後，管道排放噪音較大，房間有油煙味，停車在馬路對面停車場，免費，方便

The Royal is a lovely old pub which has been done up In recent years. Large carpark opposite. Staff are lovely and the food is really good. We had fish and chips with homemade tartar sauce and a Royal burger.....really tasty. We went back again as it was so nice and had the most delicious chicken pie and mash and a curry. For pudding we shared a choux bun with cherry compote and popping candy......absolutely gorgeous. Wish I'd gone for one all to myself. Deffo recommend

read reviews and as semi local i’ve been wanting to try the royal for a while - we booked a table and came on time - waited at the door for a while, and waited, and waited - luckily a very busy barman spotted us and did seat us and accommodated us in booth. Ordered food and with some tweaks we waited and waited - granted it was a busy half term lunch but they were clearly short staffed. The food arrived - the pie was ok, the linguini was ‘tasteless’ as my sister described- my calzone was not edible - burned on the outside but stone cold on the inside - as it was meat i didn’t dare eat it, had someone come and asked us if everything was ok i would have said something but alas no one did - to the management and staffs due they refunded the meal and were apologetic but it somewhat spoiled my sisters birthday lunch and as said in the title ….disappointed.

Service great, food was delicious, we had both pies and the lamb, also the strawberry sundaes and the cheesecake, it was all great. Been many times and the service and food is always consistent. Would highly recommend. It was all cooked fresh, a little wait but worth it. Will definitely be back,

Me and my partner came here for his birthday meal, we were recommended to come and eat here by the lady hosting us in her air b&b. The food was incredible, couldn’t fault any of it! Cooked to perfection! The service was also amazing, super friendly staff and very prompt! They came out with other suggestions too when it came to drinks which is great service. Only thing I wish is that they were able to add tips onto the bill, we never carry cash round with us and whenever we go for food we always ask them to add a tip on, but they couldn’t do that here at The Royal, so we weren’t able to tip!

Lovely place, food drinks and staff top notch. We did have to ask for our drinks twice and my curry sauce was not bought out with meal but they didnt charge me for it. 4 of us had haddock and chips as it was good Friday, delucious. Top tip make sure you book. It waa really busy.

Absolutely gorgeous place, food was fantastic!!!....... Service extremely friendly and courteous, decor beautiful, very spacious and inviting. Can not recommend this place highly enough, we will certainly be coming again if in the area

Dropped in for a lunchtime meal, chose from the a la carte menu. The place itself had a nice aroma of coffee and the staff were efficient and polite. The food was not up to a basic standard for several reasons. I had haddock and chips. The whole point of fish and chips is that it should be crisp and clean, or there's not much point to it. I have no idea how the fish was cooked but the batter was soaked in grease, and pretty unpleasant, and I left most of it on the plate. The fish inside was okay, but slightly overcooked. My partner had trout, and I could see the look on her face as it arrived. At £21 I asked if it was whole fish or fillet, but the waiter didn't know. It came as a nouvelle cuisine sized fillet, small, a little overcooked, and no vegetables with the potato accompaniment, which was unimpressive. First time I'd been to The Royal for some years, don't think I'll bother going back again. Pity, the pub itself looked nice...

Ordered here on local eats app amazing food and delivery service. Homemade food tge fush melted I. My mouth , as a disabled customer the support when the delivery person delivered was amazing! Thank you to them, not all places do this and it really helps
