Eva Hotel, BW Signature Collection

非常不好，看攜程這家評分比較高才定的！結果打開被子發現床上好多捲曲的毛髮，真的很噁心，不是一兩根，可能有八九根！説明上一個客人退房床單根本沒換！位置很偏僻，離布法羅市區很遠不説，在這麼一個郊區地方，房間居然面積超小，最多15平！雖然酒店是新的，但裏面設施都是比較挫的，像花灑🚿質量就很不好！我住過最後悔的酒店！大家千萬不要住這家！

I am always pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly. The hotel is impeccably clean. The breakfast was nice. The area is also very safe. Its right off the turnpike and there’s lots of restaurants nearby.

This is a clean and quite hotel. The room was big with a lot of storage. Water stayed hot and great pressure. The breakfast was good and had different options than most hotels.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and seemed happy to answer any questions we had, everything was very clean, but our room didn’t have a box of tissues which we found odd, and also no safe which would have been nice to put valuables and passports in. Overall a great stay and pretty good value!

Overall a really decent place to stay. Only issue is how thin the walls are, whenever someone closes their door, you can hear it in your room very loudly.

The room was clean but a bit small. There was only one chair to sit on. The other person had to sit on the bed. The hotel was not busy and we hardly saw any guests around. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, good value for the price.

My hotel room was spacious, and clean. The hotel felt very homey. The price was very reasonable I give it a 10/10 rating. One of the best hotels I stayed at. The staff were very friendly

Room was clean but very little space to put things in bathroom. Also tight space when sofa bed was pulled out.

Walked in the front door to check in and was immediately greeted with a subtle fresh scent throughout the entire hotel. Woman at the front desk was friendly and super helpful with information. Hotel was extremely clean and the entire hotel has been renovated in a clean and modern decor. We had a standard room which was not large, but definitely comfortable as all you needed was a place to sleep and store your belongings. The room itself was also very clean and had a mini fridge. We needed a microwave and Front staff allowed us to use the one in the room in the breakfast area. Coffee, juice and tea was available 24 hours in that same room. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with great tasting, buttered scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and great mini waffles. The only “negative” that I would mention is that we were loading up our car making a few trips. Check out was 11 AM. At 11:08 AM as we were rounding up our last items… The front desk called us to remind us check out was at 11 AM. There were probably only 10 cars in the parking lot so the hotel was definitely not busy enough that I would imagine cleaning stuff were waiting for us to leave. We really liked the hotel and would definitely consider staying again if in the area for some shopping or snowboarding in the area.
