Quality Inn Lakeland North

The room was large but smelled stale like mildew or mold. The carpet was not very clean and had a ridge under the carpet like the floor was buckled or something like that. The blinds in this room did not work. Breakfast was a bag of not much. Had panhandlers in the parking lot approaching customers.

They were very friendly and accommodated my early check-in because of a wedding. they were doing improvements to the property but it did not interfere with my stay.

When I went to check in the lady at the desk had to do something in the back and when she came out my name was on the computer but she exited it out saying it hasn't even given me a room yet and proceeded to check in some guests that she knew. From there I went to the elevator at which point I found an empty bag of dope in the floor of the elevator. That empty bag of dope remained in the elevator for 2 days. When I went to take a shower the shower head was so clogged up that it trickled. Then at breakfast we were required to stand in line and sign in as if we were in prison. And the quality of the food was so bad there is no way someone's sneaking in there to eat. During my stay I stepped on a cockroach in the lobby outside of the elevator, that cockroach was cleaned up very quickly although that empty bag of dope remained in the elevator for 2 days. The last night of my stay when I parked my truck I parked next to someone who was either passed out or not it out at the steering wheel of his car with his car running. I wish I had known that it was choice hotels before I made the booking or I would not have booked it. Not to mention that it cost me $240 for a room that would that was advertised at $99.

Older gentlemen at check-in was rude and grumpy. The mattress on both beds was worn out and felt like sleeping directly on springs. The carpet was dirty and stained. There was no hot water the next morning. When I told the gentlemen at the front desk when checking out, his only response was that he had the same complaint from other customers. I guess it was supposed to make me feel better that I was not the only one who had a cold shower. He made no attempt to make things right and did not even offer an apology. This was a Low Quality Inn.

Check in was okay but checkout not convenient and they counldnyprovide a receipt Room needed new carpet, our feet became black with filth Shower was luke warm No breakfast

Was unable to check in there was a problem with their system, no one was able to correct the system. Still awaiting a refund, they u keep being told is coming

Dead roach in bathroom. Hole in bathroom door. Smoke detector broken with wires exposed. Other guests in parking lot area with lawn chairs drinking beer. One came inside & started arguing with the employee that was checking us in & when my husband told him to take care of his issue after we were checked in the guy raised his voice & was rude. The other employee possibly the manager told the employee helping us to finish with us & took the guy arguing away from The desk to talk to him. The overall cleanliness of room was bad. The mattress was dirty with stains. Towels had stains. Shower curtain was stained with mold. Windows had black residue around them. We only stayed 1 night & it was too late to look for another hotel as we were there for a local Soccer tournament our child was playing in & the next morning the game was very early. Horrible & uncomfortable experience all around. Would give 0 stars & do not recommend!

3 nights. Clean sheets. Comfy bed and pillows. Room is outdated including carpet tv bathroom but good enough. No bugs. Cheaper than others in price.

On the positive the mattresses were comfy and the sheets were clean. In the negative side this hotel is very dated. The bath tub is old school with dirty tiles, the toilet is old and chipped, the breakfast is nonexistent. It’s a bag breakfast with an orange, mini muffins, and a juice. Not as pictured in the ad. The parking lot feels sketchy. The
