This hotel feels relatively safe and is in a good location for walking downtown to grab dinner or drinks (about a 15 minute walk each way). However, there are several things left to be desired. First, it is moderately clean, but shower floors feel grimy. Second, the beds are pretty comfortable except for the pillows - they seem like they should be nice at first but they are rock hard as soon as the air comes out. Third, they charge for parking.... this is a hotel relatively in the middle of nowhere so I'm not sure how they expect anyone to get there other than by car. There isn't really much else around so I can't imagine there is competition for parking for other amenities. You have to do this by scanning a QR code in the parking lot and putting your credit card info into a website. You do not get a receipt either, which is problematic for business travelers like myself. Fourth, the walls are paper thin so all outside noise comes right in and is generally pretty loud. Fifth, one or two of the friend desk staff are really friendly and professional, but the rest are certainly not. Overall, if you have another option, I would avoid staying here.

perfect location if you have an event at rp funding. hotel is on the older side with some upgrades. towels werent fresh.

Had to pay $11.77 for parking. This is not a large city and was not clear that parking was extra. Refrig doesn’t work and sink drains very slowly. Staff not overly welcoming.

We were expecting a much nicer property. Although it is beside the convention center, there is nothing else nearby. The property is an older one with outdated amenities. Would not return.

Although the info regarding this hotel states parking is available, there is a $10 fee per night (this should have been included). Also, info regarding the hotel is that Hyatt has a policy whereas staff can enter your room within 24 hours (for what I do not know) regardless of a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I asked the front desk about this & was told they know of no such policy.
I would like to add though, everyone in housekeeping was very friendly & helpful as well the morning kitchen staff. I can’t really say that about the front desk - need to smile more & greet guests better. They are the first impression that guests have of the hotel. After all, this a hospitality industry.
Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel.

It’s clean! The staff is amazing. It can just start using using some updates. Walls peeling, moisture, but the beds and couches were very clean and comfortable. The “ kitchenette” was very clean. The bathroom and tub were been but the walls had rust ( not mildew) by the frames.

I have been charge 2 times for one stay and both charges are different prices and i can not get anyone on the phone to try and issue a refund. Why?

Staff was awesome, they called room to make sure all was well. Check in was quick. Overall- no complaints. Will definitely rent again if in the area.
