El hotel está muy buen ubicado y con estacionamiento propio. El problema es que es un hotel viejo y las habitaciones, al menos las que no dan a la calle, no tienen ventilación; ninguna ventana para abrir y que circule el aire. Nuestra habitación olía horrible, entre drenaje y productos fuertes de limpieza. Nunca hubo agua caliente en la regadera y el agua estaba helada 😓

En el check in no pudimos ingresar 2 horas antes.de las 3 de la tarde y los insumos.como kleenex y papel del baño justas para la estancia por lo demas bien

Todo el servicio desde la llegada a la salida excelente, mi unica observación sería acerca de la dureza de la cama; sugiero que tengan opción en el comfort de los colchones o almohadas.

Lo unico q no me gusto fue q en aplicacion ******* dice de una bebida se bienvenida y el hotel no lo contemplo. Posterior se disculpo prro dijo q fue falla de la aplicacion. Asi como q hay huespedes q realizan mucho ruido y no se les comenta q no lo hagan.
