We were in town for state wrestling to watch our son compete. The hotel is at a convenient location right off of I 80 check in process was easy. I was looking for somewhere with a good breakfast so that we could eat prior to wrestling every day to cut down on costs. The breakfast offered is subpar compared to most other places that I’ve stayed at Other comfort suites. We had a three night stay and the second day our keys didn’t work and we were locked out of our room and I had to go downstairs and get them fixed after already being gone for a long day at competitions. My biggest complaint is how noisy everyone was around us and when I called the front desk, they basically told me there was absolutely nothing they could do till after 10 PM , I mean I literally had people blaring music on either side of me banging on walls stomping on floors. After spending 12 hours at the CHI every day that’s not exactly what you want to have to listen to till after 10 PM.
Overall, it met our needs however, next year I will be looking into another location.

My father stayed here when he was in town and absolutely loved it!! Everyone so friendly!!! He will be back!

Loved the size of the rooms. Liked that they had free breakfast and the pool was perfect for my daughter. I didn’t like that you could hear the neighbors next door, found garbage on the floors of the room when we walked in and they didn’t clean the window as there was a kiss mark on it.

I didn't like the $150 deposit incidentals hold which was not notified prior to thee stay.very unprofessional and there system was. Down

Staff was great and friendly. There was construction in the room next door and the pool did not open until 9am. The breakfast was great and everything was clean.

Bed is hard as a rock, but everything else was great. It didn’t have the typical pool hotel smell. The staff was super helpful. Typical breakfast spread. Overall, pretty great.

Reservation for king bed and they put us in a handicap room no tub. Not what we asked for.
