Hôtel très propre, personnel aimable, bonne literie avec des oreillers à mémoire de forme trop bien.
Un peu éloigné du centre ville pour y aller à pieds.
Petit déjeuner copieux. Le parking (payant) est très pratique car impossibilité de trouver une place autour.
Seul bémol et très désagréable c'est l'odeur nauséabonde de la salle de bain: nous avons fait couler l'eau 5mn et l'odeur à disparue. Je pense qu'ils devraient vérifier les chambres avant l'arrivée des clients. Sinon Super!

Parking sécurisé. Ll'ensemble du personnel a été très agréable, petit déjeuner copieux avec sucré et salé. Notre chambre était très calme. Situation intéressante de l'hôtel. Je reviendrai sans problème. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits, et une boisson nous a été offerte pour ne pas avoir demandé de service "ménage" entre les 2 nuits. 😊

Malgré un emplacement correct, une bonne literie et un bon accueil, plusieurs points négatifs à souligner : le parking n'est pas gratuit mais coûte 6€ la nuit, le petit déjeuner nous a été facturé 12,50€ au lieu des 10,50€ informés sur votre site... Et surtout grosse déception lors de l'arrivée au petit déjeuner soit disant continental car il n'y avait que du bacon sur le buffet chaud. Lorsque que j'ai demandé des oeufs, on m'a informé qu'il ne serait livrés que le lendemain et qu'il n'y en avait donc pas ce jour! J'ai demandé une réduction sur le prix du petit déjeuner car cela me paraît excessif de faire payer 12,50€ pour un petit déjeuner soit disant continental et j'attends toujours que la responsable me contacte pour cela car personne ne pouvait semble-t-il faire un geste commercial dans le personnel présent !!

The hotel was in an excellent location to wandr around the centre of La Rochelle and the port. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. Reception helped us out with ordering a taxi to the airport. Excellent stay
