Las instalaciones están muy bien, habitación amplia y cómoda, las comidas bastante buenas, el servicio del restaurante podrían ser un poco más agradables. En general buena estancia.

Positive first, the beach is gorgeous, clean, plenty of room on it and the sea was clean and clear. Lovely area, nice bars and shops. Easy to get a bus to Salou and surrounding areas. We were checked in at Hotel 2. The room was clean, modern furniture etc. Not sure if the bedding was changed regularly and it states a kettle would be in the room but you had to hire one if required. The pool in Hotel 2 was extremely small and everyone packed in around on sunbeds practically on top of each other. The adult roof top pool was closed. The restaurant was chaos, huge queues, coffee machines barely working and the food was cold no matter what time you went in there. The waiting staff hovered around you taking your plate as soon as you put your knife and fork down. We were told we shouldn't sit at a four seat table as only 2 of us but it was the only table free, made to feel uncomfortable. Staff were mostly grumpy and unhelpful, a couple were lovely. No towel hire for the pool in Hotel 2 but was in Hotel 1, we were allowed to use the pool there which was still small but a little more area to place sunbeds. Was surprised to be told you couldn't go to the pool before 10am,people did, us included, they were still cleaning around a bit but in my opinion that should be completed earlier. Staff were the same as the other Hotel. Restaurant was same as Hotel 2, chaotic and cold food, places whipped away. Hotel 3 was closed, which I assume most of the photos to advertise came from, all the other photos were cleverly shot to project space and quality which wasn't the case and only Hotel 1 had a pool bar but not in use. The most accurate photos were of the spa facilities. We booked this holiday because the description of the whole place and the photos really sold it, but it is very underwhelming. The entertainment was average (apart from the Queen tribute, they were excellent) but none of this started until 10pm. Quite disappointing, we made it a good holiday ourselves anyway but won't book here again.

This was our second stay here, with our first being way back in 2011. We did request hotel 1, however this was not granted (not fussed) & placed in hotel 2. The rooms have all been updated since our last stay. They were cleaned every day, with new bedding, towels & a fresh smell to them. We were all inclusive which was great. Breakfast, lunch & dinner were all in the restuarant located in our hotel, however did feel that the timings were a little short. I understand we stayed just at the start of the season, but with the hotel being busy, it would make more sense to extend these. You will need your room key to scan at every meal, I believe this is to manage capacity. Snacks were great if you did not want a full lunch, however the chef at the snack bar, does need a little training in customer service, as she was a little rude & abrupt. Approx 5 minutes from the beach & if you are looking to stay here, please make the most of the free spa. Ps you will need a swimming cap, either your own, or from the spa themselves, they range from €2-4. As a personal note we used hotel 1 the most for an evening drink as hotel 2 was loud & busy. Ps please be aware the hotel has 3 blocks, however hotel 3 is now a TUI only branded hotel & you will not be given any access to this. Also if you leave your hotel block & need to return, again you will need to have your room key, so keep it to hand.

Disappointed. Arrival was painless. Room was good. 1 of the 3 Hotels in the complex was closed, meaning only 2 restaurants available for the rest of the very large site. Asked about eating elsewhere on site and told, didn't need to as this was the biggest and best. Asked again and told it would be impractical and to not bother. Asked where indoor pool was and was told at Spa & Gym, great, only you have to pay lots to use Spa pool but less to use Gym pool, rip off. no snack bar at other pools and roof top pool was closed. two types of staff, 50/50, either rude and grumpy or smiling and pleasant. Queues for restaurant at times outrageously long. Pool was the coldest I have ever not used! Won't book again.

If you are from UK, then don't go, clearly they don't like us, they are rude and arrogant, they moved us from a 4 seater in restaurant to a 2 seater, then allowed 2 French people to sit there and didn't say a word, we were half board and for lunch it would cost us €25 each and only allowed water, not allowed any drinks with meals, even all inclusive are having to pay extra for things, rooms don't get cleaned, they make bed and change towels, no kettle in room, have to hire for €18, and a €10 deposit, and not allowed to bring own drinks to restaurant. Trust me not worth the money, looks lovely but its not like the pictures, guys in bar ate nice though, only positive thing I can say.

Fantastic place to stay this was our 3rd time here, staff are brilliant right across the board & work very hard, it’s immaculate everywhere & run like clockwork, we had a beautiful apar**ent with a huge terrace & each apar**ent complex have their own beautiful pool & some have small playgrounds as it’s a huge place, there’s also a leisure centre onsite with sauna, gym, massage etc, & racquet ball & indoor pools too, plenty to do for everyone, we saw poolside yoga classes in mornings & kids club & play centre, there seems to be something going on all the time for all ages, the beautiful La Pineda beach is just across the road too. We went self catering this time but half board before & there’s a huge choice of food to suit everyone but if your a fussy eater I would advise self catering & there is a very good little supermarket just outside the complex & another larger one a little walk away, also Bus Plana office is on the corner where you can get your bus cards (brilliant value) for Salou, Tarragona etc. Estival Park is beautiful place, an oasis in the sun, thank you & hope to return soon, Regards The Duffy’s

Recently stayed at this purported 4-star hotel with my family, and I’ll be very honest in this review. The hotel falls far short of its 4-star rating, more like a 2-star at best. We arrived in April amidst bad weather, rain, and wind. Despite the freezing cold in the room, the reception claimed their ventilation system was set for summer and couldn’t provide any heat. With a baby, we resorted to unconventional methods to warm the room, like running the shower for steam. The staff were unfriendly and struggled with English, which was baffling. Asked for extra blankets, received awful ones barely covering us. “All-inclusive” was a joke. No minibar or kettle in the room to heat water for the baby; we had to trek to the bar each time. The all-inclusive package consisted of four dispensers akin to Burger King style, with beverages like Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite tasting like diluted water. Besides, there were some nuts and chips available, but shared among 400 people, hardly hygienic. Food was a 3 out of 5, overpriced for what you get. Not worth the expense for a family stay. Additionally, the hotel was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to rest during the day or evening. Non-stop music blared in the courtyard, and there was constant noise in the corridors. If you wanted bottled water, you had to pay for it. Spa access came with a 10 euro charge for a towel. Room cleaning was haphazard, despite their obligation to ensure cleanliness; our room was only cleaned sporadically. The snack bar, advertised as open from 10 to 23:30, was actually only open for a few hours, closing at 6.

We stayed in Hotel 2 which was clean and modern. The staff were really helpful and the daily housekeeping was great. The housekeepers were really nice too! The room was modern and air conditioned. We were all inclusive and had free rein to go between the 3 hotels for all meals, snacks and drinks. There was a great variety of food which was to a good standard, waiters/waitresses were quick to clear tables and clean but could do with popping a smile or two. Evening entertainment was ok but all finished by 22:30. There was a great Amy Winehouse tribute in hotel 3 on night so we chilled there. This is a great place if you’re looking for a “relaxing” holiday which is what we wanted. There’s good local amenities and bars and a regular bus to Salou and Tarragona which was cheap. There is also a market on the car park next to the hotel on a Friday which was quite good. The spa and sports centre was great but would have been better if there wasn’t so many kids splashing about. Overall a really good break away if you’re just looking for a relaxing break and somewhere where you can come and go as you please.

I felt I had to write a review because couldnt believe the negative reviews. We were a couple with a young son (6). One of the best holidays we have been on. We are going again in June 2024. I am not sure what people complain about, honestly. We went all inclusive and it was brilliant. The food every day was very good. Every night was a different themed menu but you also had the old reliables ( pizza, chips, chicken nuggets) I can not understand how "picky eaters" couldn't find something they like. We stayed in hotel 3 and ate there every dinner/lunch/breakfast. The snack bar we found good as well. We found the staff very friendly and attentive, no wait times for dinner and a pleasant experience. The location is ideal, 2 minute walk to the beach, bus stop to Salou centre, Portaventura ,Aquapolis etc. There are 3 hotels and also apar**ents in the complex. Each hotel has there own pool which you are able to use, it doesnt matter what hotel you are staying in. Two of the hotels have water slides which our son loved (we spent most of our time at hotel 2) . Entertainment at night was very good. The whole experience was just brilliant. Could not fault it. Very quiet and safe area.
