This hotel is amazing value for money. The staff are wonderful, even when some families complained about choice of food for vegans and vegetarians the staff handled it really well. I don’t know what there problem was as there was ample choice in these departments. Some people just like to complain! Quality of food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel. Great location for what is essentially a private chair lift. The lobby was very relaxing. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Ignore any bad reviews as these are no doubt from people who just love to complain. I cannot find one negative about this hotel and anyone that does needs to have a word with themselves! Also ignore any comments stating this is not for English people as that’s nonsense too!

I did a lot of research on this hotel when I booked with Crystal Ski. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Yomo Patagonia - the staff were all so lovely and helpful. The rooms are large and extremely clean, with stunning views. They do have single beds though! The hotel cleaning staff seemed fine with us pushing ours together temporally. Things to know. The restaurant is on the 4th floor. My room was also on the 4th floor right next to the restaurant, and this stressed me out when I first noticed, however I barely had any noise disturbance. I can imagine if there had been school trips though, this would have been an issue. The ski store room is easy to access and you guy rent padlocks from the front desk. The hotel is next to a ski lift that goes up to the slopes, you basically have a private ski lift and avoid any queues! The bar area downstairs do great cocktails and is a lovely place to relax. The best thing about this hotel was the hidden wood fired hot tub that you can book at the front desk. We did it twice and this is a memory I’ll remember forever. Definitely do it if you’re staying at this hotel!

I love this place ! Good value, good food, friendly staff, great location for ski in ski out even in March ! Surprised to read very ooor reviews to be honest. 3 stars is the least this hotel could be, I’m fussy but more than content here, x

Enjoyed our stay here. Large room, cleaned daily and always hot water. Breakfast and dinner were good though dinner started quite late. Only downside was that we were in a room directly opposite the restaurant, which wasn’t a problem on the first night as hotel was pretty quiet. However 3 buses of schoolchildren turned up the second day and would start queuing for breakfast and dinner 30 minutes before the restaurant opened, right outside our room. Not a problem in the evening but very noisy so early in the morning. I did ask to change room but was told hotel was full so could not be moved.

Good value for money, close to ski lift, boot room facility, pool table- helpful staff, would recommend. Good selection of food for breakfast & evening meals. Only downside not enough snow on slopes! 👍

Nothing to do nearby after skiing…arinsal town is just down the road but that’s just as bad…..and you have to get a bus or walk a road with no footpath….paper thin walls…as in you can hear everything in the rooms next door…..dinner is not served till 8pm…..breakfast isn’t till 8am…..bar is small and only has one staff….no windows on rooms just a big balcony door….heating is stuck on…….food at buffet is poor and limited…..this is a 2 star hotel at best…..don’t bother coming here….the skiing is terrible in arinsal….slightly better in pal but compare it to alps or USA and it’s a 1/10….

What a shame! This hotel has everything going for it, unfortunately we had 2 very sleepless nights out of 7, as the Andorran people/children liked to use it as a party hotel. It’s not fit for English families in this time as you can’t sleep! We contacted management about it and their response the first time was the school in question had now left…. It’s a real shame as other than that the hotel is ok… not luxury or anything but all you need for a ski holiday close to slopes etc.

Had a great week here with Crystal Ski. The hotel had a very nice cozy bar area with live music on a couple of nights. Our room was spacious with a separate sofa area, tv, fridge and kettle. The food far exceeded our expectations, good quality and plenty of choice. Drinks in the restaurant and bar were good value (bottle of wine 9/10 euros and beer 2.5 euro). The hotel is that the top of the village so 10-15 minute uphill walk (some of which without pavement) but a ski lift next door so you didn’t need to get a ski bus in the morning unless you want to go to Pal. We paid for lunch vouchers with our lift pass and was amazed by how good the food was and the choice of places you could used it, they even included a beer or glass of wine. Would definitely stay here again.
