The two units are totally independent except sharing the laundry and garage as well as air condition temp controller. The garage can fit a SUV or Stand car for each unit. Both can reserved for the same period of time if available. Good for family reunion and wedding. The upstair unit 2 ID is VRBO 2786466. If you want to rent whole house , you need to booking both units.We have added soundproof material and redone the floor on the upstairs unit to reduce the noise from upper level. Both units share the same laundry with one washer and two dryers.No party unless other unit is vacant. It is by the ocean, you smell ocean and hear the sounds of waves.
