My experience with the hotel is 10/10 exceptional service . The check in and check out processes was very easy with Yasmen she made sure we got everything we wanted . The pool area was amazing and family friendly we got complementary water/ sorbet and mojito

I had an excellent stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

I had an amazing experience at their hotel. Every detail was well thought. It was very luxurious. I loved their afternoon tea concept with the piano concert. The service was very professional. We were served by Merve at the lobby lounge area, she was very kind, welcoming and professional. Also the spa experience was very exclusive. I loved the jacuzi and the salt room. Even when leaving the hotel the staff named Çağlar was very helpful for us to direct and inform us about the Kuwait city. I would highly recommend you this hotel.

Hotel atmosphere is so relaxing! The interior and furniture are modern and luxurious. Facilities are excellent. The worker are polite, friendly and helpful. All the receptionists are respectful and having good sence hospitality. Special thanks to Kamel and Yasmine. The breakfast buffet is variety with view of Prestige. Best birthday ever, the housekeeper man came to our room asking who’s birthday today! He song for me so adorable. Thank you dear I appreciate it. How generous they are! They brought me a new cake during checkout thank you Yasmine.

This hotel use to be great and we’ve stayed here multiple times and switched over from the Four Seasons given our previous positive experiences. After traveling for 24hours from the US and having a reservation months in advance we were left with a horrible experience and horrible room. We reserved two connecting rooms that smelt like sewage. The smell was so bad that we couldn’t sleep. You would think that a 5 star hotel would be able to get the basics right like not putting anyone in a room that smelt like sewage. After unpacking all of our things instead of being offered an upgrade we are informed they will downgrade us by moving us to a lower floor. You would think that after messing up and wasting our time that they would offer an upgrade to the situation. Bear in mind that we are both diamond members and this was meaningless here. Really disappointed.

I strongly recommend that everyone should detoxify their bodies by reducing stress and eating high-quality food once in a while. This may not be affordable for everyone, but the benefits are worth it. I want to give a big shout-out to Lema for her amazing service. She treats me very well, has a pleasant demeanor, and is always smiling.

By far, the best hotel for couples escape in Kuwait. I’ll definitely come back again. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The staff are amazing and professional. Not a minute where we felt that we missed something. Not a minute of boredom was experience in this hotel.
