淡季出遊，入住的海景房不錯，酒店綜合看不好，早餐給力，房間設施稍顯老舊，裝修風格偏商務，整體上建議入住哦！

Отличный отель. Чисто, уютно, вкусные завтраки. Понравилось всё, кроме того, что отель находится очень далеко от моря. Трансфер на берег есть, но он лишь 2 раза в день и в определённое время. Приходилось ездить на такси.

Just back home after a most enjoyable tour in Turkey with Frank from Sunway We stayed at Seaport 360 for the week and I have to say it is quite a nice hotel with rooms equipped with a fridge, tea making facilities, comfortable beds, good size balconies most with fabulous views of kusadasi and the beautiful Aegean sea . Enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning with many options also had dinner some evenings which was also very good. There is a lovely swimming pool with towels provided and plenty sunbeds at this time of year and of course the fabulous view . It is a short walk to the nearest beach ,shops,bars , restaurants etc. Thank you to the lovely friendly, helpful, courteous staff Ali, Sinon, Intisar just to mention a few . They even managed to teach me some turkish phrases! Looking forward to returning next year .

Hotel was absolutely vile I actually made a Video of the buffet food it was atrocious, I wish there was a review similar to this when we went and we would’ve cancelled immediately. Not one hello or morning during our stay. Pool is absolutely freezing to the point of it being unbearable. We stayed 7 nights and ate out 5 of them. Please don’t stay here I’m warning you, turkey is beautiful and food when eating out is nice too but as soon as all inclusive hotels like this one take your money, they don’t care about you or your stay. Only bit of entertainment was when the cruise guests arrived. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Never ever again. Photos below were taken at the breakfast buffet, we were in there at 8:20, the food was tins were empty, this was literally all you got in the buffet nothing else. Absolutely horrendous

The room was well maintained and well decored. Excellent breakfast and dinner with lots of variety of food. Cooperative staff always ready to help. Enjoyed my stay there and would definately visit the same in future Keep t up

This was our honeymoon choice and we weren't disappointed. We'd booked a swim-up room and would definately recommend this. Hotel, staff and food were amazing. We'll be back to celebrate our anniversary, maybe next year.

We stayed at this hotel in April for 8 days as it was my Cousin birthday to which we organised a family holiday. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially one lady called Feliz. She helped me with my food and drink as I have a mobility disability, she couldn't do enough for me, which really made my holiday. We plan on going back there again soon.

This is a wonderfully appointed very large hotel and spa located outside of Kusadasi. We were given a large suite which included two balconies and were welcomed with a gift plate of fresh fruit in our room. We were there for 2 nights. Several of our group took advantage of the spa services in the hotel. We used the fitness room and were glad of it. This hotel is not located in an area in which one would easily take a walk outside; a steep driveway leads to the main gate, then you have to cross the road (across a blind curve) to reach the sidewalk. Then a 20 minute stroll to the harbor. The buffet meals here were excellent with an abundance of every flavor and type of food you could want. Would highly recommend!

I came here in June with a group of friends to this hotel and this particular part of Turkey ( kusadasi ) for the first time and the service from the staff was fantastic from check in to showing us our room etc. The bar staff were great and in particular Aysenur was great , she looked after us with our refreshments during our holiday which was very welcome. The food was of a good standard with plenty of choice like salads , cold meats , hot food of different types and a nice selection of desserts , breakfast offering was good too and special mention goes to FILIZ what a special lady , she memorised how many sugars and which hot beverage ( coffee ) was my preference but apart from that she looked after us and most of the hotel guests the same which was admirable. We asked the staff for recommendations for more traditional Turkish food just to break up eating in the hotel all the time and they were only too pleased to point us in the right direction of what type of restaurant was our preference. During the day around the pool area we were entertained by SIMON the DJ who we found friendly and informative on the nightlife of kusadasi and just most things in general , he would come join us at lunch and we would have a good laugh , a nice guy. Our room was clean , the bathroom spotless so no complaints from us , the view to the sea and bay is nice all in all everything was good. Special mention goes to Dogucan , Emin , Mete and Asli to name a few and apologies to the ones I’ve missed out but everyone staff wise we encountered were polite , courteous and helpful. Unfortunately during our stay some people were complaining that there was no English food and that the pool was cold , apparently they and it looked like a family with extended relatives wanted fry up breakfasts and burgers and chips which made you embarrassed to be British , why not try the cuisine of your destination and eat that fried stuff when you get back home. The Suhan is a four star hotel and to me and other friend’s the offering whether it was the rooms , the bar the pool or the food was value for money. Finally the Spa , Hamit the Spa owner came up to our loungers and explained the various trea**ents of the spa to which all four of us decided we’d try the full Turkish hammam package and were we glad , it was one of if not the best experiences , we were fully invigorated by the trea**ents and we actually went a couple of times more during our stay , the spa is fantastic the staff there great and fully recommend it , it’s great value compared to U.K. prices and all I can say is a big thank you to HAMIT he really made sure we were looked after , top man.
