All good for the room - strong hot shower. Fast WiFi. No smoking stench in room. Clean bedding and sheets. Aircon heating is quiet and strong. Front desk staff has quick response. Free night snacks and porridge. Hotel location is right outside metro station exit but you have to walk 500 odd metres to the nearest shopping mall.

Excellent stay at Atour Light Hotel! This is our second time staying at this hotel, this time with elderly parents. We had a lovely experience previously and do not regret staying here again. The rooms were spacious and clean. Chambermaids replenished supplies and changed the bedsheets daily. The supper and breakfast buffet were great! The hotel staff provided medication for our father’s sprained ankle. We were also given gifts upon checking out. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Atour Light for 3 nights with my family and we had such a comfortable stay! The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable, we could choose from different pillows, the shower was spacious and hot, a minibar with free drinks and nuts (and restocked every day!), tea, slippers etc! Our room was cleaned every day. The price for the breakfast buffet (48Y per adult) is very reasonable. We were so surprised to find so many western foods at breakfast. The kids especially loved the fresh waffles and juice! The staff of the hotel (reception, cleaners, breakfast, all of them!) were so patient, kind but also very thoughtful. We haven’t come across this in other hotels in China. I was really happy with the free laundry room, it’s very convenient! My husband went to the gym every day. It is small but efficient. Last but not least a big thank you to the girls at reception that helped me to print a few pages and also let us have a late check-out (14.00) without additional cost. I highly recommend this hotel! We hope to be back one day.

Really enjoyed our stay at Atour Light hotel, it was a very value for money stay. They also provided free supper at night which was a lovely gesture 😀 The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staffs were also polite and made our stay a pleasant one. There is also a gym and free laundry service available. Would definitely recommend people to stay here. 😁👍👍👍

Located right beside train station and 15mins ride to the railway station. It is also walking distance to nanping pedestrian street. Room was clean and not too small. However, soundproofing is not so good. Also, unable to connect to wifi without a local handphone number.

A special thanks to Jiangwan for providing excellent advice and assistance with our late check-out request, as well as to Xiu Yi and Hong Luo for their great support during our early check-in. Their professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression. The front desk team is incredibly accommodating—whether you need extra mineral water, an umbrella, or other items, they handle requests promptly and with a warm smile. Even the chambermaids were courteous and attentive, further reflecting the hotel’s commitment to outstanding service. The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and well-maintained amenities. The hotel’s location is also a standout feature. It is conveniently situated near a metro station and a 24-hour mini-mart, with a police station next door, providing an added sense of security. Popular attractions like Nanping Street and Kunming Old Street are just a 15-minute walk away, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Overall, our stay at this hotel made our Kunming trip truly memorable. The exceptional service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and strategic location make this hotel highly recommended. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

The staff was very polite during my visit. Greetings can be heard whenever i passby them. I wasn't able to connect to the hotel wifi and a cute female staff help to resolve it by using her personal mobile number to register for me to get wifi connection, was very grateful for her action. She hand me a bottle of water when I'm heading out and a neck heat pad when im leaving. Hotel room wise looks very neat and tidy with their clean design, an outstanding features that made me impressed was the indication of availability for their washing machine on the television. Coverall i enjoyed the time staying in this hotel.

Wonderful stay. Clean and neat. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Gave us the famous Yunnan biscuits on check out. Worth the money. Location near train station and Nanping pedestrian road. DiDi less than 10yuan.

We stayed one night in this hotel. Informed hotel that we checked in midnight and luckily the counter is still open. We requested for late check out which they also granted without extra charges. Very grateful for that. Location is superb, less than 200m from metro station so you can easily go around kunming city and also airport with metro. It has laundry service and gym which we did not explore. Overall great experience with it.

Love the experience here. Staffs are friendly and willing to go extra miles. They even help us to extend our check out time as we are catching a late night flight. This is my second stay at Atour, and I will definitely be back again if im visiting China again.

The hotel location is very good, close to metro. Beside the hotel has fresh market and supermarket. You can walk to dongfeng square for shopping within 15 minutes. Laundry is good. No bidet ( สายฉีดชำระ ). Overall is very good. Staff is very helpful and good service-mind. Recommend to stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Atour Light. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! Moreover the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend!
