Nearest high rated Resort at the hill station Khandala/Lonavala from Mumbai. Compact yet they have everything. Pool, play area, good food and great stay. Rooms, pent house, Moghul rooms, they have all types and superb. Hospitality, at its best. Good for stay for couple of nights anytime of the year for Mumbaites as reachability is quick.

I have visited Khandala-lonavala ***y a times but this Visit was a comforting one thanks to ZARAS Resort… The place has an amazing Vibe to it and it gives u peace & quiet that ur looking from from the hustle n bustle of the City… I stayed in their Delux room which was 312. The room has basic amenities like AC, TV n all plus the toiletries r provided… The room was huge & also had an amazing Balcony. The entire Resort has ***y trees and plants with different Flowers… The swimming pool is big an they have a separate even bigger swimming pool for the kids… The food is basically INDIAN, CHINESE with good taste n quality… My fav here will be their HALKA NOODLES & CHICKEN ***CHURIAN in CHINESE… Loved it…. They also have a Game room with Carrom, Pool table & Table tennis to enjoy when ur not exploring Lonavala… I will highly recommend this Resort for a 14 hour relaxing environment

Neither the location nor the service quality is good. For every thing, you have to request at least 3-4 times. Even for water bottles, you have to ask them again and again. And cleaning they will not do even after multiple requests. Very bad experience. Moreover, the quality and taste of food is also not good. Would not recommend to anyone to stay there.

My review is not based on stay but overall interaction that I had with this resort. I had booked this place for 1 night stay on 28th-29th June 2023 with extremely high excitement, however due to some unavoidable personal reasons I had to cancel the plan and hence I informed the resort 2 days prior to the check-in date. I asked them for a refund OR if they could postpone to some other date, which was simply denied by them. I understand that the resort is sticking to its policy, but the only thing which disappoints me is that, if this resort were customer centric, they could have put some efforts in retaining their guests instead of being inconsiderate. The resort should understand that the fact that, as hu***s anyone could be in such unavoidable situations which are out of anyone's control. So rather than denying straight away they could have been more considerate. This is something which displays the morale and values of any business.

Their hospitality is limited only to corporate guests..they don't care about regular guests. Their staff is rude, always running about bills and GST and not caring about providing service. They will throw away your food even if you get off from your table for just few seconds. Kids swimming pool was very dirty, not maintained at all. Worst hotel experience till date!!

Stayed in Zara resorts. Not up to the expectations looking to its rates. Staff on reception was rude in nature. Room was also not up to expectations. There was no variety in breakfast at all. Tourists may explore other options available to enjoy quality time.

Had early check-in and one hour late check out at Zara Resort, Lonavala. Three star family hotel . Away from the city. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice restaurant serving tasty meals.. Enjoyed our memorable stay. Rashid June 2022

We went for a long weekend as a family of 3. The property is huge and has ***y amenities. There are 2 open spaces, big enough to play football, cricket, or badminton with your family. There are 2 swimming pools too - one for kids and one for adults. Both well maintained. Additionally, there is a small room for indoor games - carrom and pool table. The room was good too. We got one with a balcony and it was sealed with sliding windows to allow for the AC to have a good cooling effect there. The view wasn't outstanding though, considering that we were on a hill station. But, the property is less than 1 km from popular view points of Khandala, so no complaints. The menu has a wide variety and the food is delicious too. We weren't bored even during a 3-day stay. Plus, the service was courteous. Everyone from the reception, housekeeping and room service was polite and prompt to help with our requests. Prem, Rutik, Chetan, ***oj, Roshan, and Rajesh were a few people we interacted with. Thank you, guys!
