Spacious room. Neat & tidy. Nice city view from the room (higher floor as requested). But the housekeeper keeps giving us only 2 towels instead of 3 because we booked for 3 pax. Breakfast is tasty. Service from the restaurant & front desk are good 👍👍👍👍

I recently stayed at the Grand Continental Hotel during my trip to Kuching and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. Plus, the hotel's location made it easy to access nearby amenities like 7 Eleven and the popular Mita Cake House, both within walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Grand Continental Hotel was worth every penny, and I would gladly return in the future. Not expecting much.It’s an old hotel. But the room is clean. The air condition is not that cold. Could not adjust the temperature. They need to improve swimming pool services, water not clean. Others are ok. Staffs are friendly. Room overall worth the price.

Good service by the team. Hotel is old and looks run down but quite spacious. Food choice for breakfast quite limited especially for vegetarian.

Room cleanliness on arrival was not perfect but adequate. Lots of dust caked on furniture/blinds and stray hairs in the bathroom. Sheets were clean and beds comfy. They did try to double charge me for the tourism tax (~10 mry/night) so check your receipts before handing over cash. Other than that service was excellent. The buffet had a good spread and was affordable. The pool was well maintained and clean, and big shout out to Robert the absolute gem of a doorman his personality really shined through. Robert is the GOAT

So far so good, bcause of the location is in the middle of town. Easy for us to looking for any other locations to go. Customer Service is so good from checkin untill we checout, really helpful. The view infront of our room is so amazing. I really recommend whoever want to stay in holiday here❤️
