Location excellent with many shoping complex surrounding, However during request for mineral water if more than 2 bottles will incurred additional cost, maybe policity stated in their service.

Hotel’s located was good, very conveniently located, ample parking space. Room nice, big, spacious plus there’s pool 🏊♂️ which was great for relaxing. Just across the road, there’s 2 malls, shopping, food…. Will be back should l travel to Kuantan again!

Clean and spacious room, variety of food for breakfast, friendly staff.. as usual zenith x pernah mengecewakan. If ada keje di kuantan, selalu mmg stay sni. Hotel berdepan dengan mall. Easy to grab any food for dner.

It's not the first time staying here. it's for the 5th time. Overall Nice n Good and just 1 thing Please provide a coffee machine. We are living in 2025 not 90s. TQ

My suggestion would be: Adding a shaded area to your pool space is a great idea to make it more comfortable, especially to parents waiting for their children.

Great hotel to stay in Kuantan. Strategic location and comfortable bed. Definitely will come back again.

One of the best stay at Kuantan, will be back in near future visit again. Things to improve: front desk during check in is rather messy and slow, crowd easily build up and waiting time rather long. #a4dable2travel #ilovekuantan

Out side look need to upgrade of painting n exterior but in the hotel n room wowwww so new and modern. Opposite of huge mall easy to go mall for eating n shopping. The gym oso modern n funtional. Tq zenith kuantan. Comtiue ur excellent service

The Indian reception staff wasn't very helpful and gave us a low floor without any view, but the room and bathroom are spacious. The coffee mug was chipped, and the bed comforter was stained, so we had them replaced. The TV was very small and, at times, had an audio lagged effect, making viewing very uncomfortable. The service is very poor, and I had to wait for more than 1 hour and had to remind them many times. We ordered room service for dinner and was served the wrong dish. I had to wait for almost an hour from order to being served the right dish, and my appetite was gone after that.

Overall it is a good hotel with good facilities, and service staff is excellent!

What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding team. Their kindness and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. Everything was superb. Except for the aircond. We were sweating badly at night. Me and my husband couldn’t sleep at all during 2nd night. Super duper hot. Cannot adjust the thermostat. They mentioned in the website there was a bathrobe but no bathrobe prepared in the room💆🏻♀️
