As a regular im a bit disappointed with the new parking system rm23 for not even 24hour parking..ridiculous. As for the room…view was stunning u can see 4 iconic building klcc kl tower pnb tower n trx. I think this type of room is the best so far

Perfect location with a mall just beside it and within walking distance to a nearby train station. The rooftop swimming pool is fantastic with a spectacular view❤️

The person for give the keys was so slow and don’t contact to you or write for nothing, is not in the place for give some keys, you have to go for one office inside to find your keys, is not a god service, plus was very slow the guy for work and i have to wait 45 min more than the hour for check in. The apartment tidy and clean that’s is good, have gym too, but the pool dont have water so was a deception all, i choose this place for the view and the pool and doesn’t have working. All bad Positive is near to places but it's not worth it.

The location is perfect to travel around main attractions in KL. The staff are helpful and cheerful. The room is clean and tidy. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very unfortunate experience with this hotel. I booked based on positive reviews on trip.com, which I now question for their authenticity. The hotel was in a partially constructed building with a strong paint smell in the elevator and lobby. The  receptionist was an elderly woman who communicated only in Malay. Probably she was temporarily managing the receptionist desk as she seemed to be frequently communicating with the manager through whatsapp. However, repeated calls to the provided hotel contact number went unanswered. Most importantly, the rooftop swimming pool  was closed for repairs and the information was not disclosed on trip.com. This issue seems recurring, as per reviews on other websites, with the pool frequently closed for maintenance throughout the year. When we entered the reception room, there were two other customers arguing with the elderly lady regarding hotel rooms. I immediately canceled my booking and opted for a nearby hotel with an infinity pool and excellent service. I have raised the issue with trip.com customer service regarding refund for cancellation which is pending since last 3 days.

Nice location just behind quill city mall, just walk away area Kampung Baru, can get 'syurga makanan' here, near to KLCC too, near to KL Tower, spacious room, neat & tidy room.

Check in and check out, I need to wait for the staff to send over your keys and collect deposits of RM 300. It never dissapoint me to stay here at The Colony, I'm glad that the pool is open now ♡ I would love to pinpoint that this unit does not have a fridge and microwave. However, it does have washing machine, induction cooker, dining place

First of all, this is the most terrible and worst homestay/hotel that i ever stayed before. When check-in (around 7.30pm), me and my family reached the location, there was only 1 security guard at lobby and didn’t have any check-in front desk. We called the contact (provided by trip.com) for check-in procedure, and nobody answer the call at all!! Since check-in is 12pm-10pm and don’t have any front desk, how can your hotline even nobody answers during check-in period?? HOW WE GOT TO CHECK-IN??!! At the first place, why trip.com showed it as a hotel accommodation and not a homestay? It doesn’t even informed customer that no check-in/out front desk for this hotel or homestay? After more than 1 hour of calling and nobody answer, we finally gave up and go thru the trip.com customer support. Bla bla bla …… 45 minutes conversation with customer support, and finally the PIC had contact to us personally. Guess what?? We still need to wait him for another 30 mins to get the access key. What kind of service is it?? check-in took about two and half hours??!! I though the worst was passed and finally me and my family can access the room for resting. Most terrible things were coming up. The moment we entered the room, we were stunned. The rubbish was packed and put on the kitchen table. There were some towels inside the washing machine. Bed sheet, blanket, and pillow were still messy on the bed. Coffee stain was split on the sofa bed. NOTHING HAS BEEN CLEAN AT ALL !! what the heck!! I spent the money for two and half hour’s check-in and now still got to stay in a room that no clean up at all?? How can the PIC didn’t check the room condition before pass it to customer?? What kind of lousy service is it? I immediate called to the PIC personal phone and nobody answer again!! $#$%@&$^* whole night me and my family not sleep at all. Really upset and disappointed. Hope anybody who read this review, be considerate before you book for it. 200% not worth at all !!
