First of all, this is the most terrible and worst homestay/hotel that i ever stayed before. When check-in (around 7.30pm), me and my family reached the location, there was only 1 security guard at lobby and didn’t have any check-in front desk. We called the contact (provided by trip.com) for check-in procedure, and nobody answer the call at all!!
Since check-in is 12pm-10pm and don’t have any front desk, how can your hotline even nobody answers during check-in period?? HOW WE GOT TO CHECK-IN??!! At the first place, why trip.com showed it as a hotel accommodation and not a homestay? It doesn’t even informed customer that no check-in/out front desk for this hotel or homestay?
After more than 1 hour of calling and nobody answer, we finally gave up and go thru the trip.com customer support. Bla bla bla …… 45 minutes conversation with customer support, and finally the PIC had contact to us personally. Guess what?? We still need to wait him for another 30 mins to get the access key. What kind of service is it?? check-in took about two and half hours??!!
I though the worst was passed and finally me and my family can access the room for resting. Most terrible things were coming up. The moment we entered the room, we were stunned. The rubbish was packed and put on the kitchen table. There were some towels inside the washing machine. Bed sheet, blanket, and pillow were still messy on the bed. Coffee stain was split on the sofa bed. NOTHING HAS BEEN CLEAN AT ALL !! what the heck!! I spent the money for two and half hour’s check-in and now still got to stay in a room that no clean up at all??
How can the PIC didn’t check the room condition before pass it to customer?? What kind of lousy service is it? I immediate called to the PIC personal phone and nobody answer again!! $#$%@&$^* whole night me and my family not sleep at all. Really upset and disappointed. Hope anybody who read this review, be considerate before you book for it. 200% not worth at all !!
