Bad service , rude staf. Bilik ktor! Dont stay here ! Such a nightmare buat kami !!

Room not to clean but ok, very slow water shower, but hot water heater ok. City view from room is awesome with 3 iconic towers. Towel must rental RM5 per pcs, not include in room. Very close to Petaling Street.

Check in would be on 2pm sharp , early check in required rm10 per hour . We book out a standard double room and turn to our surprise, no towel provided bcs they said our room is ＜rm50 so no towel included . rm5 for towel and pls bare in mind you need to get some cash ready for you room deposit . room is clean , free flow hot and cold water dispenser in every floor . Aircond need to service , way to dirty . we both can't sleep properly due to the dust coming from the aircond . water heater flow quite slow . toilet is clean . quite satisfied.

Hotel ini , biliknya kurang bersih, ada terdapat lipas berekor2. Airnya perlahan. Suasana bising sikit dan boleh kedengaran orang bilik sbelah bsembang.

Aku tanya ada tingkap tak? Katanya bilik yang anda tempah tersedia tingkap. Siap bagi gambar bilik. Gambar bilik area OYO mana tah kau bagi. Tingkap mana kau kata ada pon aku taktau. Aku tanya tingkap dalam bilik. Tanya iron board tak. Ada tersedia dalam. Wah senang la ni. Tapi aku minta lebih. Aku nak tingkap je. Tapi saja tambah soalan. Ok dia kata ada. Aku ok lah. Toilet adjust air panas pon takda. Buka air terus panas gila. Haih. Paling worst. Teruk sekali. Malam tu aku keluar. Dia minta kad bilik aku nak simpan. Dah bergaduh kat pintu bawah, kata nanti aku hilang kan letak mana mana. Kalau hilang aku ganti lah. Apa benda nak simpan access card orang yang dah check in. Tak nak bising. Bagi jela. Iron board atas meja kat luar okay. Turun bawah temoat daftar check in, kat situ lah kau iron. Air panas buat air pon kat situ lah sama. Ohya. Takperlu gambar. Sebab korang tak perlu check in sini. Setel.

態度很不好

First of all, the Chinese receptionist is really well skilled and she does such a good and meticulous job. I was quite happy with my room, looked like to be clean, not too broad, but comfy enough for a night. Once I came back from dinner, I found two mice on the table right where I had my candies and snacks. The receptionist men were kind and respectful enough to come to help me packing all my stuff and they moved me to another room, on another floor. The second room was just a bit better then the one in the first floor. Bedrooms are overpriced.

Never got past the lobby for out 3 night booking! We arrived at 1.25pm, the receptionist said 'wait until 3pm' I said we have booked a Standard Room with window as pictured on thev Agoda booking page and repeated throug the booking process ( pic below) . I was so wanting a window room after 2 previous no window stays so as well as the picture for confirmation I requested a 'window room please'. The retort was Standard room no window. Deluxe room has window. Ohh I said, so it's not like the picture? Turns out the Deluxe room was the same price on the day. I said 'easy fix' , 'move us to a Deluxe Room'. I can't do that only Standatd room. "Can I speak with the manager' ? "He's asleep". We waited more than 2 hours for the manager who arrived from upstairs in his underwear. in the lobby and knowing about 8 words of English said 'Standard room no window. Call police. " agressively. I said Window picture displayed on Agoda. Reply "Agoda put pics. "Getting nowhere, we left to pound the streets for a place for the night.
