Super in love with this place. The moment my husband man I step in, we are ready to rest n relax. The decor is so zen. The facilities in every part of the room n hotels are so thoughtful. The service is also awesome. I could whatsapp to request for the things I need such as a firm pillow! The breakfast was awesome too.they serve good quality breakfast that makes me feel so healthy n satisfying. So looking forward to come back again.

Location was great. The Deluxe Suite spots an excellent view of the KLCC tower. Ruma hotel outdone itself with a great Malaysian architectural style which feel like a proper home Cocktail hours food and drinks was also also very generous and dinner equivalent. Breakfast wise , the food variety is a little limiting. A waiter and chef was talking during Aug 02 breakfast and delayed the delivery of the made to order eggs.

Ruma is a very beautiful and comfortable hotel with great service and amenities. Will definitely be back!

Firstly i wasnt expecting much as this is my first time staying at the hotel, Well greeted by all the staff & a welcome drink was given btw my wife lovea the taste of it. Everything was well explained upon registeration for our room. Its like from the outside you look like ok just a simple hotel but went you went in the lobby looks stunning & the room was solid & amazing. Wifey love it so much thats what most matter hahahaha....... Will definitely stays again at the hotel so guys its a well recommended one & i give 9.5/10 truat me you gonna love the room lay out & fully well equip.

The room is big and nice. The location is very much in the center of all the main buildings and malls

I like RuMa hotel & residents everything from A-Z. Hotel is clean and big , service is excellent and design of this hotel is excellent. Is our Anniversary celebration and hotel management did surprise us with small cake. We will defend come back again. Location is near to KLCc

The hotel is nice - good location, facilities, service. The hotel is not huge and therefore can provide more friendly service. The entrance is smaller than expected, but should be fine for most of the visitors.

The bed and pillow is too soft. The room is quiet and washroom is nice. However, no hand liquid to wash hands and only has soap. Comparing the price and the experience that I will not return anymore. 8 mintues walking distance to Pavillon

Amazing hotel with amazing view! Very close to a shopping mall. The pool is amazing too!

The hotel staff and in charge of the room cleaning is really good and polite. Help to clean everyday and pack the cosmetics at the table for us. Appreciate it and it is about 5-8mins walk to pavilion, abt 5-6mins walk to aquatic klcc. You may bring umbrella in case it’s raining or too hot. Good location and comfortable stay. Thank you for the birthday cake arrangement and decoration.

Everything including the service and breakfast were fine except the Aircond, is a bit too warm.

The hotel is so affordable and cheap. The place is so convenient because you could walk from Bukit Bintang mrt stn to the hotel in a short distance. The city view is so beautiful as u could see the alley to pavilion mall.
