Had the worst experience ever!! The security guard has no function at all. Went there for a girls' trip, and on our last night, someone rang our room's bell at 5:30ish in the morning non stop. We were too scared to use the room' s telephone to call the receptionist for help since the telephone is right beside the main door. So we had to call the number shown on google. In the call, we asked for help to atleast send a security guard to go check our level, but they said they can't do it since their working hours start at 9am so they can't do anything. We ended up calling police to check it out for us. Imagine the bell rang from 5:30ish up until the police came at around 6:40+ am. We then requested to check the cctv. Turns out there's two chinese (old woman and old man) who rang it. But how come when the police came, suddenly they are no longer in front of our door? As if they knew the police came. The security guard knew there's an aunty on our level who lost her key, then why didn't he help her? Why did he let both of them disturb other guests at 5:30 in the morning non stop?? What if there's another emergency there and when asked for help they answer with "oh sorry, we can only start operate at 9am". never going there again. & even the parking space is so dirty and no security guard at all. This place is just suspicious. Don't book here especially if you're going solo or only girls.

Waited so long for the representative to respond upon our arrival though already inform we be reaching past midnight but disappointed..the car park is too steep and dark..for long vehicle must be extra careful caused you may scratch your car when turning up or down ..car park also very dark not suitable for family..not my cup of tea

A nice and cosy place to stay a short vacation at kl city. Enjoy the swimming pool and gym. Here can see a nice kl view. Parking is charges apply. The room is clean and tidy. Only the bed sheet have some stain.

Poor service by the building & homestay management. Broken WiFi and even shut down all the amenities even allowed during recovery mode. High deposit compared to other places much luxury than this one.

This house so nice,suitable if u want to bring your whole family here for vacation.Recommended if u choose deluxe room coz it has everything such as kitchen,television,hair dryer, washing machine ,wifemi and so many more.Unfortunately,the facilities for this time being was close coz of MCO.This building provide private parking but guestbneed to pay it separately during check in.And not forget,they took RM200 as deposit.Have a nice stay.

Stay was great and hope they add on some kitchen utensils including washing machine soap. It would be perfect if they had a dishwas soap as well. There's 7eleven outside the lobby and grocery like about 8min walk.

Good accommondation for traveler with family. They have kitchen that able you to cook during your stay.Near to LET pudu to reach BTS.Any younger could go there for window shopping or play theme park in there.The enviroment at this hotel is just nice but not nice ,that all i can say about this hotel.Parking should be pay separately by guest during their stay.The machine for autopay should be in P1 if i not mistaken.But dont worry u can ask the guard about whereabout the machine.Have a nice stay.

Very nice room and facilities
