We had a wonderful stay at Quill by Avery. The room layout was excellent and comfortably accommodated our family of eight. The housekeeper/customer service（Agnes ,Xiwei and Jieen )provided great service throughout our stay, making everything smooth and convenient. The location is perfect right in the city centre and it’s directly connected to a large shopping mall with plenty of food and beverage options. Overall, a very enjoyable and convenient experience. Highly recommended!

Security in the building is excellent — you need an access card to enter, which feels safe. The lifts and hallways are very clean and well-kept.

這家酒店真的非常棒！前台服務態度很好，辦理入住速度很快。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床也特別舒服。位置很方便，周邊吃飯、出行都很便利。早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯。整體性價比非常高，下次來還會選擇這裏！

環境很好，房間也很乾凈！服務態度也很好～房間的提供的配套也很齊全 附近還有商場和輕軌很方便 還有泳池和健身房 風景好看 超適合來打卡！！！距離市區和klcc也很近 打車方便

衞生是可以的，整體風格也很不錯，但是管家不知道房間的Wi-Fi密碼，給了兩次都是錯的，説去幫我問問就沒回音了，我覺得很震驚，感覺他們並沒有做好做民宿的準備，房間裏的設施也沒有做好使用説明，和我在亞庇住的簡直天壤之別。難道管家衹負責收收按金嗎

房間的舒適度超出預期。我們入住的高層一居室寬敞明亮，60多平米的空間佈局合理，現代簡約的裝修風格透着温馨感。陽台是意外之喜，站在這裏既能眺望城市風光，天氣好時還能瞥見雙子塔的身影。廚房設備齊全，從廚具到家電一應俱全，洗衣機的配置更是讓長途旅行的衣物問題迎刃而解，完全有種"在家度假"的自在。房間的清潔度無可挑剔，角落都打理得乾乾淨淨，讓人住得格外安心。

公寓的無邊泳池視野絕佳，池水清澈，傍晚時分在這裏游泳，吹着微風俯瞰城市夜景，愜意萬分。健身房也維護得很好，器材齊全，滿足日常鍛鍊需求。最讓人感動的是 staff 的貼心，我們因航班延誤凌晨才抵達，工作人員依然耐心等候辦理入住，全程高效又熱情，讓人倍感温暖。免費WiFi信號穩定，覆蓋公寓各個角落，無論是辦公還是追劇都毫無壓力。 無論是家庭出行還是情侶度假，桂和套房都能完美適配。絕佳的地理位置、齊全的設施、乾淨舒適的房間和貼心的服務，再加上超高的性價比，絕對值得強烈推薦！下次再來吉隆坡，這裏一定會是我的首選住處。
