Một số khu vực vẫn đang trong quá trình xây dựng. Không phải là khách sạn, đây là loại hình nhà nghỉ. Không có nhân viên hướng dẫn. Tự mang theo túi của bạn. Quầy làm thủ tục nhận phòng để nâng sảnh lên căn hộ mà chúng tôi được chỉ định, cảm giác như, khi đến đó, chúng tôi cần gọi taxi hoặc gọi xe điện tử 😂. Bãi đậu xe không thực sự được chiếu sáng tốt vào ban ngày, việc tìm số bãi đậu xe của căn hộ giống như đang đi săn kho báu. Không có nhiều đồ vệ sinh cá nhân, tốt hơn là bạn nên tự mang theo.

Rất rộng rãi cho gia đình lớn, đáng giá hơn so với việc trả tiền tại khách sạn. Có thể tiếp cận hồ bơi ở tầng 10, sân chơi, công viên và khu vực ăn uống trên cao ở tầng 60 với tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp ra KLCC và tòa nhà KL. Vị trí chiến lược ở Bukit Bintang. Nhân viên lễ tân Zara rất tốt bụng khi phục vụ tôi và gia đình có con nhỏ. Bạn cũng có thể có chỗ đậu xe riêng trong tòa nhà

- No clear direction to visitor parking. - The actual room is different from the photos - Noisy as the building next to it still under construction - The kids thot the swimming pool is fish pond as the water super dirty (cloudy) and smelly (dead rat smell). It seems like no cleaning at all. You can’t see the bottom of the pool

Overall it's good and pleasant since it's very new. But few things to improve as below; 1. Bathroom window is not tinted and no curtain, it's transparent and very uncomfortable..... feeling insecure, we request extra towel to cover the toilet window. 2. Need to request toilet rolls since there is no spare one in the room, 3 toilets but only 2 toilet rolls provided and we book for 3 nights stay. 3. 2nd toilet leaking but luckily not smelly. 4. No bedsheets but only linen for all the bed in the rooms. 5. No dustbin in the toilet but only one at the living room. 6. Body wash was empty in one bathroom, never checked before we check in. 7. Sound proof is poor, can hear neighbour knocking or renovating in the morning. There is some good feedbacks as below too; 1. Very cozy interior design, feeling so calm. 2. 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets is perfect for family stay. 3. Giving hotel vibes as all necessities is provided such as toothbrush, shower caps, sanitary pad, towel and even floor towel, shampoos and body wash, utensil, pan, kettle, microwave etc. 4. Good location, very near to TRX and not far from Pavillion. 5. Clean and bright with big space. 6. Aircond is cold and freezing. 7. Nice sky deck can see the good views.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with great amenities. Short walk to TRX and Pavillion mall

We love this hotel. It’s clean, very new hotel and located at center of Bukit Bintang. The staff of friendly and helpful. Will introduce to my friends and family👍
