They wrote here saying that check in time is 2.00pm, I arrive at 1.45pm and they ask me to wait since the room is not ready yet, I wait patiently till 3.00pm. I asked if I can check out one hour late since the room is ready one hour late but to my surprise they said the check in hour is at 3.00pm. THEY DID NOT TELL ME EARLIER AT ALL ABOUT THIS. I also don't like the way this one woman treat me at the receptionist since I'm not yelling or mad given the fact that they wasted my time. And to my surprise, (again) they want me to check out at 11.00am. make it make sense how can you ask me to check in late but check out early? Atleast inform me when I firstly arrived. They make me waste my one hour+ time waiting for the room. Plus the bathroom are not really clean, when I first entered the bathroom, the floor was sticky.

A very good stay, first of all I was traveling alone. The front desk customer service is also very warm and patient, although my English is not very good, I can handle it easily. The rooms are large and clean, the vicinity of the hotel is relatively quiet, and the overall facilities are new and complete. 一次非常好的住宿体验，首先我是独自出游。前台客服服务也是非常的热情并且有耐心，尽管我的英文不是很好也可以轻松办理。房间很大并且干净，酒店的附近是相对安静的，整体设施都很新并且齐全。 My flight is at 8:30 in the morning, although the hotel is not 24-hour service, they will refund the deposit to me one day in advance to ensure that I can go out as soon as possible the next day 我的航班在早上8:30，虽然酒店不是24小时服务，但是他们也会提前一天退还押金给我，确保我第二天可以尽快出门 This is my first time in Malaysia, all the people here are very warm, the service attitude is very good, so I left a good impression, come back next time

Overall experience is wonderful. Staff is very kind and helping. Very spacious rooms and nice view. Loved the stay. The only thing that was inconvenient is there is no nearby restaurants, malls or markets. Everytime you go somewhere you need to take taxi But overall its good place to stay

The moment we entered the apartment, we feels like a five star. The large full windows makes the view awesome. We saw different countries of people , the service was great. We shall return in the future and even recommend to friends about the stay.Thank you !

Have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room. Spacious area suitable for big family. Really love the view. But, there's one toilet faucet is leaking. Have to book early to get low price.

Clean? yes, services okay, Parking can be expensive but it’s better than get your car damaged or stolen right? so i would say worth itlah
