Dịch vụ tốt nhất... có thể lặp lại lần sau, chỉ là giờ trả phòng hơi khó chịu vì phải đỗ xe gần sảnh, sau đó quay lại phòng trên tầng 24 để lấy chìa khóa... đó một phần là hơi khó chịu... mọi thứ khác đều tốt...

Not recommended unless they do some thorough repairs. Door handle fell out. Wall papers are peeling. Electrical sockets are burnt. Hair dryer have short circuited (they replaced one the next day, but it has burnt plastic smell when in use, so we stopped using). Bathtub shower faucet leaking. Bedsheets has cigarette burnt holes it. Toilet grouting broken and mouldy. Too many problems to list, but price is good and room is big.

The location is very good, near the monorail station and can walk to the KLCC twin tower. The unit is very spacious with some appliance for your own light cooking. The tower's swimming pool is cool as well.

Many aspects need to be inspect some i can only give 3.5star to the unit.

it's like your own home, all the equipment is complete. there are 2 very comfortable rooms complete with jacuzzi. It's not worth the price. my kids like it very much and a lot of parking area not difficult too find it

OMG! NEVER EVER AGAIN! The place stinks first of all! I’m convinced that place has mold because I left that place sick! When I complained to the host the day I arrived he just ignored me! And I had to sleep with all the widows and the doors open! THE SOFA! Omg the sofa looked disgusting, you could never sit there . It had mold definitely! . The house was dirty dirty , litter lying around, it’s like nobody cleaned it. The kitchen utensils were dirty and the kitchen was crawling with ants! … the bathroom shower was extremely dirty!!! The only thing that was functional in that house was just the WiFi!! Awful stay! Please please save your health and never go there especially if you get room C -22-5!

I stay at The Face Suites, everything is good except need more floor mat @ rug, TQ.

This is not first time I booked this hotel for my friends.They repeating for several times because they really like the environment of the hotel, the facilities in the hotel area and the services to check in also very smooth

Day 2 at Platinum Suites - Another Perfect Day! On my second day at Platinum Suites, my experience continued to be nothing short of amazing. I started the day with a relaxing dip in the rooftop infinity pool, where the morning view of Kuala Lumpur was simply breathtaking. It’s the perfect spot to unwind before heading out for the day. The suite remained as comfortable as ever. I appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping service—the room was spotless and fresh. The kitchen area came in handy again, as I was able to prepare a light breakfast, making the stay feel like a home away from home. In the afternoon, I explored the nearby attractions, and it was such a relief to have all the major sites within walking distance or a short ride away. After a long day of exploring, coming back to the suite felt like a luxurious retreat. The staff continued to be incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for local eateries and activities. Their warm hospitality really made my stay feel special. Overall, Day 2 was a great continuation of my wonderful stay at Platinum Suites, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of my time here holds!

Excellent location pool view outclass coming again soon

The place is good, wide, and near the KLCC. But the swimming pool is under maintenance; no chance to swim for my kids. The units have complete utensils if you prefer to cook. Convenient too, but not selling foods around the area. Thank u for the experience..

We travel as parents with an infant. Only few pots available. Tap water of very good quality. Gym has a living room chill area. Flat is devoid of homeyness. It's an empty property with some furniture essentially. If you are a frequent traveler you know what I mean. Host puts a bed a table and a few chairs and calls it a home. Everything works though so won't complain too much lol Pool was closed for entire stay. Read fine print on the posting.

The room is so clean it's so comfortable for family's easy communicate with the room incharge and guidance for visitors so clear appreciate. highly recommend this room expecially the cleaner kakak so sweet ❤️. TAKE NOTE SWIMMING POOL NEED TO WEAR SWIMMING DRESS FOR LADIES small disappointed on that but this is not related to room it's management rules
