I recently stayed for 3 nights which cost about RM600. This Minsu agency operate only on 2 floors of the whole building. The rest of the floors belong to another hotel itself which runs the whole building. Not sure why. So a day before you check in, they will create a WhatsApp group between you, Minsu and I don't know who. They are unresponsive, they want you to do a security deposit of RM100 via bank transfer. Which I don't even have a Malaysian bank account. I asked them questions which they would reply hours later and with no clarity. I just turn up at the reception and they still have not given the password to get my roomkeys. Had to get the other hotel management to get in touch. Then only they tell me I don't have to do a security deposit since I'm a foreigner.It was really a hassle. The room. No wifi Dirty No daily room service cleaning No changing of towels Toilet is filled with mold and mildew Upon check in there were hair on the table. The utensils are dirty. The wardrobe is damage and dusty. Curtains are damage as well but still cover the whole window. The tv doesn't work. The beds are broken, my bed plank probably broken in the middle and I have to sleep like I was on beach chair. The other bed was slanted and the mattress is like higher than the other side. Power socket not working. Did I told you guys there's no wifi? And the toilet is filled with mold and mildew. Overall 2/10 (2 for the water and air-conditioning still running.) Is it worth RM600? Definitely not, felt cheated. Would never recommend this place by Minsu. Not coming back.
