Tôi không giới thiệu khách sạn này cho phụ nữ, đặc biệt không dành cho khách du lịch một mình. Vị trí không an toàn, ở quận Ấn Độ. Tôi chọn khách sạn này vì nó gần ga xe lửa nhưng tôi thực sự không khuyên bạn nên sử dụng nó. Tôi đến vào ban đêm, không có thẻ sim nên không có bản đồ Google. Và thái độ của nhiều người Ấn Độ xung quanh không khiến tôi cảm thấy an toàn. Những chàng trai trẻ người Ấn Độ ở sảnh cũng không khuyên tôi điều gì. Tôi sẽ cho 2/10.

The location is perfectly central, with KL Sentral train station at your doorsteps. There are curbside hawkers food just next to hotel lobby, which is cheap and tastes good. There is direct train to many places including the twin tower, petaling street area, bukit Bintang and even direct trains to the KUL airport. But do note the room type I booked is without a window(which does not bother me, but if it bothers to you then select the room types carefully)

The place was okay, the only downside.The front desk has difficulty communicating in english, there were missed communication with my booking. I called a day before that I will arrived early in the morning and the guy over the phone told me that I need to pay Rm50 , so I agree, but when I arrive 4am the lady front desk charge me RM109 because I am too early,lol. What a missed, I already called that I will arrive EARLY in the morning. Due to tiredness from my trip, I just pay. Next time, they should be specific that they have policy if gust arrive to early and not so early.

A receptionist double charged me tourist tax despite me explaining that it was paid through the app. I was tired and wifi didn't work, so I couldn't show the receipt and I gave up on it. I can understand the misunderstanding, but I can't understand the rude tone of the conversation. To add to the insult the next day they charged me for using a bank card to pay the tax and a key deposit 🤦 luckily hot shower didn't work, so I was forced to cool down 🤣

There were great restaurants within walking distance

I stayed at M&M Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. On the last day, I requested room make-up, but no one came to clean the room until night. Additionally, the bedsheets had a stain from the first day and were not changed during my stay. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel for transit stays.

Strategic place for traveller with no cars, can go just walk about 10 min from KL Sentral, so many shop around and reataurant also have self service laundry.

The hotel is conveniently located near KL Sentral, easy access to public transport like LRT, MRT and KLIA Express train.

Great Aircon with food as low as $1 there. Train station and shopping mall nearby.

Location is the hotel’s main selling point. It’s nearby KL Sentral and it was easy for you to travel anywhere that can be connected with LRT, MRT, KTM and Monorail.

Good locations close to kl Sentra. Room is small hygiene is acceptable. Stay for one night is ok.
