Dịch vụ khách sạn rất tốt, giường sạch sẽ, phòng sáng sủa, rộng rãi và thoải mái, toilet có nước sạch và rất gần biên giới...nhưng bữa sáng thì tầm thường! Thích👍

Căn phòng cuối cùng chúng tôi được cấp đã được đổi thành phòng VIP. Bữa sáng đã bao gồm trong giá phòng và khá ngon. Nhiệt độ nước trong phòng tắm khá ổn.

今回は1番最高級のキングスイートルームに泊まらせてもらいました。ドアが開きづらかったの以外は最高でした。 部屋も広く清潔でしたがジャグジーだけ水が溜まるのがすごく遅くて溜まった頃にはお湯がぬるくなっていたことと水面に油のようなものが浮いていてとても身体を入れれる状態にありませんでした。

캄보디아 가족들을 위해 2박 3일간 방 2개를 이용했는데, 낮근무, 밤근무 하시는 직원들이 모두 친절하고 식당 직원들도 모두모두 친절하고 따뜻했습니다! 문제는 근처에 편의점이나 마트 같은 게 없다는 점인데, 그 점만 제외하고는 뜨거운 물도 잘 나오고 가족 및 친구와 쉬어가기 좋은 숙소였습니다!

Had booked this hotel in advance from Saturday for a week. Got back after a day’s work for our 3rd night at hotel to be asked if we were checking out. We said no and were told we needed to check out as they were fully booked. About 8pm we had nowhere to go in Poipet- 2 women who do not speak Khmer! They offered no apology nor support and turned down quite a lot of business from us. We’d done nothing wrong, had not been complaining or disrespectful. Luckily we called someone who was able to get us in somewhere else. In asking if they seriously expected to pay they replied they would charge us for the night they were throwing us out!!! Had we known the day before they couldn’t honour the booking we could have moved no problem. They proceeded to lie and tell us they’d told our manager that our stay could not be extended the day before but as we were with the manager we know that conversation never happened. Why lie? It was a shame as we were enjoying the stay until then. Their attitude was not good with no apology so no I would not stay again and would be wary if anyone else told me they’d booked.
