Super place to stay I highly recommend this hotel. Stepped off the 300 bus from Krakow city - 10 minutes walk to the airport or there is a shuttle bus. Great room with everything you could need and tastefully decorated and designed - they give you a glass carafe and there is a water dispensing machine on each floor so that you can help yourself . Super modern and comfortable with a perfect shower room with underfloor heating. Great bar area which is also used for the Massive buffet breakfast which was superb. Just perfect

Elevator door says the shuttle bus is free, but I had to pay 15 PLN for this. Maybe it's outdated information. I'm not complaining this service itself as I had 2 suitcases and even though it's not so far from the airport, it's still a bit troublesome to walk there in the early morning.

Very convenient location walking distance from the airport. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety. Great if you need somewhere to stay because you are flying into or out of Krakow at undesirable hours.

I had a plane at 5am. I can’t express my gratitude for the service of this hotel, when I discovered that they had a shuttle bus every 30 min and a breakfast service even at 3am!! Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton from 30th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025, and it was a generally pleasant experience. Booking it through Trip.com was just the best decision—it was seamless, and I got great value for my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers, with easy access to the airport. Despite being so close, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, perfect for unwinding after long days. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining the room to the highest standard. Breakfast, while offering decent quality, could use more variety. The menu was almost the same every day, which became repetitive after a few days. Adding more options or rotating dishes would greatly enhance the dining experience. The hotel's overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks to the courteous and professional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering assistance with a smile whenever needed. The facilities, including the fitness center, were top-notch, and I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. As I was there during the New Year holiday, I was also impressed by how smoothly the hotel managed the increased number of guests without compromising on service quality. I recommend Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service, and I’m glad I booked through Trip.com for an effortless experience. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the airport which is OK in fine weather but not so good should it rain. There is a shuttle bus to the airport which can be booked at check in at 10pln per person. The room was spotlessly clean with kettle and instant coffee and tea provided.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel — it was very comfortable, and everything was great. The room was clean and cozy, and I felt very relaxed there. Just a small suggestion: it would be nice to have some extra bathroom items like a shower cap, cotton swabs, and a штsmall toiletry set. Also, I used the airport shuttle service, which was convenient. But I was a bit disappointed that the driver didn’t help me with my suitcase — I had to lift it myself into the car, even though it’s a paid service. My luggage wasn’t too big, and as a woman traveling alone, I would have appreciated some help. I think that kind of support is part of good service. Thank you again for a nice stay!
