We enjoyed our stay at this property. The Staff at the hotel were Outstanding! Everything is clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is quiet and within walking distance to everything. We loved Dominika at reception who assisted us with our plans. The people in the Restaurant were great and the pricing for the service and quality is very reasonable.

Had a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel. I always like to tell a little bit about ourselves to put the review in perspective. I was traveling with my brother, both of us have traveled quite a bit and both are Marriott platinum elite. This is a boutique hotel in the old part of the city, so we understood going in that boutique means small but nothing about the comfort or service was small. It is well appointed, the staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent and the location is fantastic. Its on the edge of old town, so an easy walk to the Market Square, yet quiet and peaceful. it borders the park which surrounds old town, which makes getting to the train station a short walk, and convenient for a stroll in the park. Our room was very comfortable, and the renovated bathroom made great use of the limited space.

What a great 3 nights we had at The Garamond. Minutes walk from the Main Square, ideal location for starting your day of exploring. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very modern. We had breakfast included and this was one of the best breakfast options we’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend this hotel and when we return we will be sure to book again!

I just returned from a wonderful stay at the Garamond. It is beautifully appointed, in a great location, the dining room offers delicious options at breakfast and dinner, and the staff is uniformly professional and friendly (and English-speaking.!) I highly recommend making this hotel your base, as an added pleasure in your visit to Krakow.

We stayed here for 3 nights in March 24. So easy to walk to from the station. It was right in the heart of the old town. The room was lovely. Staff very friendly. Breakfast and evening meals great. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Excellent hotel. You have to be very picky if you wish find fault. Reception staff welcoming and polite and always friendly. Small boutique hotel minutes away from the old town square so it's a perfect location. The Rooms are lovely as is the hotel decor. The breakfast food is made to order and the food is lovely. As i said it's hard to fault the hotel in any way. Without doubt we would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and modern while also being cozy, comfortable, and familiar. The staff are friendly and courteous and seem to truly enjoy their job and the customers visiting their hotel. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and delightfully presented. In particular, it was a joy being greeted by Anna and Vicky in the morning at breakfast, who treated me like family and went above and beyond to make my morning a wonderful experience. Thank you to the staff of this beautiful hotel! I will be sure to visit again when I am in town.
