Best hotel in krakow. Easy to get to centre of krakow. The view is nice and refreshing.

Really nice hotel but it’s a little far from the old city. Trams in the area make it easier to travel that way. The hotel it self was really beautiful and had everything you’d want for a cozy stay.

Excellent, stayed a night longer than planned. The beef tartare and the duck breast were very good. Top notch service from all personel. House keeping was also excellent. Personally, not a fan of the elevators which require your keycard to work. But obviously most hotels now switched to these. Maybe it is to encourage you to use the stairs more often? At the bathroom, when the light is switched on, then the mirror light which is motion sensor triggered should also always stay on. A little odd while taking a shower that one has to wave to switch the mirror light on again.

Great rooms, and great breakfast selection. Friendly staff and not too far away from the city centre.

Even though location is aliitle bit far from centrum, good service and spacious room is to deserve being appraised well

A bit further from city center, construction near by. Stuff is new and not yet fully ready. But they are very free my. Breakfast is nice

It was really a nice experince. Hotel is new. Not close to the old town, but just 10 minutes by tram.team station is outside the hotel. Hotel breakfast is amazing!

I stayed here for two nights. There is a hotel that is of excellent value. The rooms were in tip top condition and the service was excellent consistent to the Hyatt standards one might expect. Beyond that, I think because of what is happening in Ukraine the prices are not as high as it might be ... I went out for a one day Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine tour and left the next day. It was an extremely short but fruitful visit. This hotel is a bit far from the centre but Uber is cheap so it is worth it ! Highly recommended.

Hotel is a new one, all functions well. Location is a little farewell from downtown, but very easily to go with tram to downtown. Surround of hotel is development area, a new one buildings. Very well breakfast. Parking place costs 65 PLN car per day. Room is fine, only was not possible to reset up temperature. Cleanliness was very well, every day were in the room a new one bottles of water. Overall hotel is a good choice for staying in Krakow.
