クラクフ中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで、クラクフ旧市街までも徒歩10分程度で、他にも観光地が徒歩圏内で回る事が出来ます。 コンビニは徒歩1分の場所にあります。旧市街地に近いこともあり、建物は古いです。スタッフも明るくてフレンドリーです。 私は他にもアウシュビッツ強制収容所博物館やヴェリチカ岩塩坑も行きましたので、クラクフ中央駅を拠点に観光する事に なりますので駅が近いことを重要視しました。するとここが一番コスパの良いホテルということで決めました。 結果、良かったです。 因みに、エアコンと冷蔵庫はありません。無いのがヨーロッパでは普通です。

旧市街から近く観光にとてもよかったです。部屋もとても広く快適でした。朝食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。

交通方便靠近火車站

The location of the hotel is excellent, just between the train station and the old city, near the Barbican walls. The room was clean with comfortable bed. The staff was helpful. The breakfast is various. Great value for money.

Clean comfortable hotel centrally located within east walking distance of Krakow old town and a nice bar right next door. Only downside for a Brit no tea or coffee making facilities in the room or a fridge.

Just a few minutes walk from the shopping mall exit (Mercure Hotel) A great location overlooking a open park area near the old town. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Good wifi. Eurosport and Music channels gave the options of some English. Room didn’t have a fridge or safety deposit box…but you can borrow a kettle if you ask for one. Big bathroom…but a fair step up into and out of the shower and the non-adjustable shower head meant it needed to be hand held to wash your body. Church bells started to ring on the hour from 7 a.m. A good choice for a short stay.Breakfast was 45 zloty but I didn’t try this time.

Typical 3 star Central hotel, handy for both bus and train station. Our third visit this year, and the reception staff were much better this time. Spacious fourth floor room that can get a bit loud with noise from the bar below. Breakfast was the best part, with a good selection to choose from.

Very close for station tren and the tourist attraction.

Room is very tiny. The hotel is best for business trip as well for couples. Clean and maintain. Overall, the hotel is great. Service from marek at the reception was helpful. Central location. Thank you.

This hotel is ideally situated near main rail station and market square. The whole place was immaculately clean our room was cleaned every day and rooms were a decent size. We asked for a kettle from reception and got one. Breakfast had lots of variety of fresh food and it set us up for day. All round good hotel

We arrived on a bitterly cold afternoon to find nobody on reception, and no bell to attract attention. After wandering around the ground floor calling out after a long wait a young man eventually appeared and checked us in. The bedside lamp did not work, the towel rail was not heating, the chair was broken and not useable. Their were no extra pillows or blankets and it was -7 degs outside. This was not a good arrival and overshadowed some good points like a nice breakfast etc.

Nice hotel. Very good localization. We had a suite that was nice and spacious with a huge balcony. You have everything you really need but no mini fridge or kettle in the room (we asked for a kettle and got one). Basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel were also there. The hotel is a bit dated and you can notice on the style and on the furniture, but nothing to really complain about other than the small maintenance issues here and there. Breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant room was bright and new. Great choice of hot and cold items with self service coffee machines.
