Such lovely staff everywhere from front reception to restaurants, spa and gym and room service. They made everything perfect for my daughter and I. We would recommend when you need to be look after and cated for the best in Istanbul and have some time out to eat and relax.

Great location with Forum Istanbul just round the corner! Quick room service with helpful staff! Clean room and agile room cleaning in the morning! Breakfast was all right, considering the reasonable price! Overall, I definitely recommend it! Special thanks to Emreh in the reception who managed my airport transfer smoothly!

Comfortable accommodation , with nice staff . Highly recommended for family . Beside forum Istanbul mall . The hotel is clean and the rate was fare. The place is highly safe . I forgot my watch at the room but l found it when I got back.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. very beautiful and cozy hotel in which very small detailed facilities have been considered. The breakfast was good and the staff were polite and supportive. Due to great insulation, street noise was not bothering at all. This hotel is unbeatable at this price. I highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel with excellent service and environment It's little faraway from the city centre but still this gives you more quiet and relaxed feelings Also close to a big mall and metro station and can order a taxi easily I would recommend this hotel for family staying in Istanbul

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, quality and timely service. The cuisine is excellent and tasty, I especially liked the soups. The waiters are polite, courteous and conscientious, Liquor waiter is a good guy and thanks to him for his quality work

What can I say about this hotel, other than, I would never book it again. The internet is poor, I could not work whilst I was at this hotel. The hotel decided that I would need to pay $40 per night so that I can use good enough internet to work. Utterly ridiculous, and they consider themselves a five star hotel. I will say that the bed was comfortable, I didn’t have any issues with the bed or beer. The duvet covers don’t actually fit the duvet itself. The hotel rooms are pretty rundown, given that it doesn’t seem like an old Hotel I was surprised by how rundown and dirty the Hotel actually was. I found the male reception staff to be incredibly rude. With management, not wishing to speak to their customers, throughout the entire 10 days. I never managed to speak to a manager as they point blank refused. At the start of my trip, the food was actually okay in the hotel, but towards the end, the food seemed to have become increasingly worse and as such, I left quite a lot of food. I paid $500 for an upgrade into a suite, this was a very bad decision as the suite that they put me in was right next to a train track and a school and as such I was up all night. To fix that, they downgraded my room into a standard room and refunded $450 of that charge. Again, this isn’t the sort of treatment that you would expect from a five star hotel. Even the bell boy confirmed that it was very loud. The staff at reception completely refused to refund the $50 for the interrupted sleep.

The hotel was very good I would love to comeback again to the hotel it’s a good experience! And a special thanks to emre,beyza and Hakan they were so kind and helpful to us!. I loved many things like the food and service it was so good.
