Hotel room was really nice and spacious, we was there not at a busy time of year so was very quiet. Had a self serve 24hr shop across the road that was very convenient and old town was a short stroll away

Excellent hotel with large rooms. Amenities is sufficient. The room is clean. Amazing apartment hotel. 

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but good location, although most tours don’t directly pick up from here, 5 minute walk to where they do. Lovely room and secure.

The service is very terrible. Arrived on Saturday afternoon around 1pm, but there was only one staff member who even didn’t have right to check the system. She could find my booking, but could not find the key to the room assigned and she could not reassign another room, because people in charge not there and she had no access to system. Asked me to wait, when came back after 6pm, still could not solve it. Came back after 9, changed to another staff who tried to take me to the room with the staff key, there is still guest in that room!!! I was about to find another hotel after a long tired day. The staff assigned me another room that you can open by keys but not cards. Finally I can take a shower and try to sleep, but the drainage of the bathroom was blocked, no water could flow out but went out all the bathroom and bedroom, flooding. When checking out in the morning, no staff there, left the key to a cleaning lady. Terrible experience. Trip has tried to contact them but could not reach any person in charge. Trip has also trying to delay my complain. Reported last Wednesday and five days later, I still couldn’t have an apology or compensation.

I like The location, just 15 minutes to the old town, and close to local market. Rooms are clean and new, with simple kitchen makes long stay easier, staff are very friendly, the building is next to student living building from the same operator, and it is very quiet. There is also a big private yard, you will love it in a good weather.

Check-in (heure tardive) et check-out très facile à réaliser , logement fidèle aux photos bien équipé et propre, bien situé dans le centre-ville à 200m du tramway, je recommande à 100%

No está bien indicado por donde entrar, el cuarto demás baño con goteras.

Esta bastante cerca de todo (15/20 min andando), la habitación era casi nueva y estaba muy bien, la cama un poco incomoda y la colcha de la cama doble parecía individual. Por lo demas genial.

位置完全冇得輸，但因為是學生公寓附近，故服務有點一般，但是整體來講物超所值，房間很大很舒服，很推薦旅客入住

隔壁是學生宿舍，服務基本沒有，但在華沙相對中心的位置，這個價錢也是不可抱怨的了。好處就是房間設備很齊全，可以自己煮飯
