Booked one night and then changed to other hotel. Mainly reason is the room is rather old, pillow very hard, bathroom is smelly and make the whole room smelly. Service was very good, roof top pool is cool but with this price I would choose other options. I found Avatar hotel which is only 3 mins walking away and decide to stay there for the rest of my holiday. Same price much much better.

Overall good and nice hotel, but some thing ls are old. Lot of maintenace going on.

Overall a good stay. Hotel is a bit old and tired, with some maintenance ongoing. Other than that, staff is friendly and the pool drinks are more than decent.

Booked this hotel so we can use the massage, booked 3 weeks ahead. Which they said they did book, a day before I called them asking about the booking I was passed to 4 different department or staff spoke to them for 20 mins and they said to just book in when we arrive to the hotel. When we arrive at the hotel massage had been fully booked. We only booked this hotel to be able to do the massage with the view very disappointed that we didnt get to do the massage as we were looking forward to that. Room was clean but bathrooms are mouldy and the whole room had a musty smell :( Very limited breakfast option. Very disappointing. Other than that all staff are friendly great view from the pool.

A very nice and clean hotel. Only accessible by boat. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. They even prepared a breakfast box for us as left early morning. The hotel have a nice swimming pool with a jacuzzi, and its near to everything on the island. I really recommande this place

The hotel is perfect ! have two amazing infinity pools, location is perfect near from everything and the room was comfortable and big enough, we enjoyed our time, the service and the stuff was very friendly and helpful, the only thing about this hotel was not that much is the breakfast, is ok not bad but not perfect don’t have many choices, but I would definitely come back again to this hotel 👍👍

Very nice place staff were exceptional

The hotel facilities are dated in general. The room smells damp and musty; there must be a problem with air circulation. There is plenty of staff at the premises but they might be a little nicer and more welcoming. They seem to be annoyed by the presence of the guests, especially the staff at the reception. The only reason I chose the hotel is its location on a beautiful Railay Beach peninsula.

I had a good experience at the Hotel. The staff is really nice. The construction is a bit outdated and you can see that the way is the resort was thought of didn't play out in reality (or perhaps after covid). They have all of the luxuries to be an up-star resort, that would probably be more expensive. But the current price doesn't allow for such a resort to flourish and doesn't attract those kind of people that want to make use/pay for the facilities. Therefore, renovation of these facilities is needed but not done. What is done, is done in a more economical manner. For example, the water filter at the second pool is a big machine that stands at the edge of the pool and makes a lot of noise. Also, breakfast is okay but doesn't fit the status that the resort pretents to have. I was at a $15,- hotel in Narathiwat last week that more availability of Thai food. Furthermore, I just had to call 3x times and walk to reception myself the fourth time to discover that my water cooker was working, while I though it wasn't. Also this equipment was old, so you had to flip it in a certain way to make it work. If somebody would have told me the first time, I wouldn't have had to spend so much time calling and going to the reception for it. Concluding: it looks nice but not as beautiful as on the pictures... service is okay, breakfast decent and the staff are nice. Overall, the resort fits the amount per night ($50). But it doesn't need to pretend to be more than it is.

smiley and nice staff. I love the breakfast and happy with how varied it is. We stayed in the 2nd-floor balcony room; with cool AC however, the toilet looked a bit old and water clogged at the shower. Also, the Plaza is just right behind the hotel, so convenient. Overall, it is reasonable for the price and we are happy with our stay.

Hot water was unavailable during our stay, everything else was very pleasant. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast very much!
