Buổi tối thật ồn ào, quán bar bên cạnh nhảy đến một giờ sáng, cả tòa nhà rung chuyển. Wi-fi cũng không kết nối được, hoặc có kết nối được nhưng rất chậm.

Cơ sở vật chất rất cũ, vòi hoa sen không sửa được, máy lạnh ồn ào, Điều tồi tệ nhất là dịch vụ, sau khi ở hai ngày, chỉ có một quầy lễ tân chào đón tôi, những nhân viên phục vụ còn lại ngại tránh giao tiếp bằng mắt với bạn, bữa sáng cũng không ngon, không có gì đặc biệt ngoại trừ vị trí .

This is hotel is lovely and rooms are big with lovely bathroom. The bed are very comfortable which was nice to find, the room comes with fridge and locker. The locker I always had problems with had keep call reception to open as it wouldn’t work. The breakfast was honestly not nice there was not much variety. My rooms some times wouldn’t get cleaned with after 3pm that was disappointing. Over all hotel is perfect location 5 minutes walk to beach and so many restaurants and 7-11 close by. You will find lots massages places good value for money and they are really good. Right Next to the hotel is a French cafe they do lovely breakfast and other food.

The hotel is very clost to the beach(barely 5 mins) and market area. So many restaurants and everything u need is right outside. The room was big. But the ventilation in bathroom needs to be better since there is no window. Breakfast options can also be a bit more western. But overall very good experience. If I come back to Krabi I might stay here again.

Great location and lovely amenities. Breakfast has good variety and a little different every day. If you need to check out, but still have some activities to do during the day or your flight is only later in the evening, the hotel will keep your bags and you're still allowed to use the pool, gym and downstairs showers while you wait.

Few minutes walk to Aonang Beach. Shops n restaurants n massage places few minutes walk away.

The hotel is situated in premium location. The ao nang beach is hardly 5 mins walk from hotel. The hotel staff is also very polite and helpful.

Family friendly hotel. Mountain view room was so big. Room was so clean. Location near beach. The receptionist was so kind. Definitely will book again

Great hotel a few minutes from the beach and shops. Very friendly staff, comfortable bed and they offer all that could be required for holiday stay. The pool is nice with a water feature fountain. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nearby beach, Muslim restaurants need to check b4 entar and many 7E 😊 but overall ok

The hotel room was very clean. We had a good Mountain View. On the last night of our stay, the toilet bowl was leaking. We informed Reception the next morning on our way out to breakfast. By the time we returned from breakfast, the toilet bowl was repaired, and the bathroom was clean and dry. We appreciated that although we were checking out at 12noon on that day, the hotel did not wait till we had checked out before they repaired the toilet. It was a very pleasant surprise.

This place was a great stay, could not fault it. Pool was quiet, rooms were clean, bed was big and great bathroom. It was a great location, few minutes walk from ao nang beach and 7-eleven just round corner and would overall recommend to anyone visiting ao nang to stay here. Picture of mountain view attached.

Krabi Heritage Hotel: Recommended Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel has a great location. Very convenient. Only a couple of minutes’ walk from Ao Nang beach. Many restaurants and bars to choose from. Very easy to arrange/organize going to Railay beach (100 baht each way by long boat). Hotel room was satisfactory. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good air con. Small balcony. Standard hotel room. The bathtub was outdated but not a problem if you take a shower. Can be a little noisy with music coming from the bars in the evening. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Not a big spread but has the essentials. Coffee/Toast. Tasty omelet. The staff were nice and friendly. The woman who runs the tourist bookings was kind and helpful. Also helped to arrange transportation leaving Ao Nang. Recommend Krabi Heritage Hotel. Especially if only planning a short 2-3 night stay before heading to another island.
