Hotel Central Gate

I booked the rooms and money was deducted from my account. also showed the booking was confirmed.but when I reached the hotel the staffs told us that they hadn't got any information about the booking and we were highly disappointed.we got our booking cancelled and went to other hotel for stay glad that we got rooms.but this was a terrible and this happened due to poor communication.this should not happen to any customers who travel long distance during holidays planning a better stay.it is very hard to find hotels with rooms available during holiday season.This was a bad experience.

- dirty rooms, filthy clothes and beddings, worst maintained facilities - lift was not working - despite booking for three, they were insisting on giving only one water bottle. That, in a 3 star place, in a room, is just funny - no hot water as described - ac was not working properly. - rooms are far worse that what's seen in pictures

The hotel should provide at-least the basics like toothpaste, lotion. Wifi was not working. And the lights were a bit dim. Plus the atmosphere was a bit damp, may be because of non-ac room. The bed was cozy and comfortable to sleep.

Good and clean room, located opposite of ksrtc bus station kozhikkode, but hotel has no resturents

Shabby and not hygiene bathrooms and bedrooms. It has no connection with the photos uploaded. Old property.

Hotel not expected from your rating. Not hygienic. No proper maintenance in room floor are not clean. I. Corrindor have bad smell.

There is a restaurant just nearby. Food will be brought from there but no glass or plates will be given unless u ask for them. We got room on the 3rd floor but the lift was not working. There was no hot water facility. The room was big and clean but very shabby.

The property location is very nice and good service, hygiene food round of all good hotel
