this is my third time. i like everything.good.ayirveda treq**ent. good food and nice people. everything good. healthy food. pool beach is very nice view. garden cottage is amazing. awesome stay. the programe alsi very nice program. i will come next year also. thank you

The environment was amazing, so calming and welcoming. Procedures were very needed and exceeded expectations. We were pampered from head to toes every day. Staff were super friendly and helpful for each of our requests. Loved the experience. Will go back!

La cure est très sérieuse avec des médecins et des thérapeutes adorables et très professionnels. Des cours de yoga et de méditation quotidiens dans un cadre aspirant au bien-être et à la relaxation profonde. Une nourriture végétarienne excellente, un personnel accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Un séjour qui fait du bien au corps et à l'esprit et aux résultats prouvés. Very nice please, with a lovely extra Easter programm. The Ayurveda Staff is very well educated, a lot of different trea**ents. We definitely liked it. Pool area with a nice view. Short walk to the beach. In the Top Yoga Session for each level

Magic experiencie in an amazing place. Very profesional ayurveda resort with wonderful trea**ents. Beautiful surroundings,garden, next to the beach ideal to relax.Delicious vegeterian food. Amazing staff very professional, kind and positive attitude. Couldn’t recommend more and wish to come back!

this was my 34th time in Kerala, most of the times I stayed in ***altheeram which was unfortunately fully booked. I stayed at Somatheraam instead, which is the sister resort of ***altheeram and very close to it. Despite the short distance, the experience was so different. You feel you are on a hill and in a jungle. it felt more wild and shadowed. The only negative comment is the walk down to the beach that requires a few steps, then a lift down to the ground floor and then a walk to the beach. Luckily cars are available to take you close to the beach if you prefer not to walk too long. The main reception, the restaurant and the yoga hall are built in a style of a typical Indian palace: rich decorations of wood, high vauled celings with impressive arches and a view on the palm trees and the sea. The yoga hall is fantastic. The rooms, depending on the chosen typology, are nicely decorated in a traditional style. the pool is spectacular. The restaurant is, as well, decorated in the typical Indian style. Coming to the services: housekeeping is excellent, all staff's attitude is welcoming and kind. The variety of food is a bit limited compared to other resorts but all in all, good. The restaurant team is very efficient and very polite. Resturant ***agers Liju and Vimal take very good care of the guests and ***age the restaurant in a very effective way. Waiters and Waitress are efficient. The drivers are always available to drive you to the other 2 resorts of the group where you can access and have your meals as part of your package. The trea**ents room are simple and with all the necessary tools to perform a multitude of trea**ents. Therapists and doctors are very good. Yoga master is good and attentive to your needs. I only had classes with Master Samboo. All in all, I liked the different experience. Suggestions: -I would suggest to build a lift to rech restaurant and the yoga hall as ***y guest have problems in climbing all the stairs, after all it is an hospital and the structure should be easily accessibl - I would suggest a more frequent cleaning of the toilets of the restaurant and hopefully there should be a door to separate the restaurant area from the toilets area. It is not nice to see the restroom while you are dining, although they are richly decorated. - Maybe the prescribed therapies have been a little too ***y for a 2 hours session. I often felt tired after them. For me they should be less intense and more focussed on solving your specific issue rather than making you try all. I had discussed with the doctor and we reduced the number of therapies and then I felt better. It was a very good experience that I recommend.

The resort has three separate locations. I stayed in a standard room with a garden view. The room was comfortable and near all the activities, massages, meditation, yoga, and restaurant. I did not want to say the seven days or longer for a package, so I decided just to book the hotel and pay separately for classes and trea**ents. I had an appoin**ent with an Ayurvedic doctor daily and they suggested a daily spa trea**ent. Incredible two hour trea**ents! The resort offers meditation and yoga classes twice a day and they are excellent. There is a large selection of very good food in the restaurants. The only disappoin**ent was learning the beach is 15 minutes away from the resort. The resort does offer a car to take you to the beach. The pool on the level I stayed had a beautiful view of the beach. I had a wonderful, relaxing four days and will definitely return.
