Comfortable hotel and strategically located. Good service but facilities requires refurbishment. Overall, highly recommended.

Check in experience was good. Room was not really clean because of a bit dusty. But overall was acceptable. Breakfast meals was great. This was my 3rd time coming to this hotel. Will come again for sure.

Very strategic location at city center. Facing a very beautiful water front. Seafood centre is just opposite the hotel. Easy transport to go every location in KK.

During my brief stay at the Promenade Hotel, I found the room still well-maintained, although the bed was a bit too firm. Overall, the room was satisfactory, however, the breakfast offerings could use improvement, as there weren't many options available and some items seemed to have not been replenished.

First stay in this hotel. Reception very friendly, clean room, good location, nearby great spot for sunset view.

The room is comfortable. Theres a tub inside, breakfast for two, the menu is yummy and not repeated. Besides, the hotel is located near to Philippines market where we can walk to buy manggos and eat seafood. We enjoy the stay!

Restaurant equipment quite old, and I spans a lot off my parking fees in 4days because the info of parking fee not clear

Although the buiding is old, facilities also old, but I think with the price of the stay, it is worthy to stay here. The room is clean as well.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very nice and clean. The sea view from the room was really stunning like a wall painting. The staffs were helpful and courteous. The breakfast was nice and variety. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything (the heart of the city).

The hotel is located right in the middle of the busy area in the city centre. Everything is close by. It is also located by seaside area with full of tourist spot. The room is very clean. The staff are all friendly and the food is so good. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I would recommend everyone to try this hotel of you come to Kota Kinabalu.

We booked for partial sea view type of room with small window when we checked into room it was Dusty and have the carpet smell than we had to change our room. Our second room the window was big but still have dust here and there. The view from the room was amazing.Hope the housekeeping team can look into this matter. We still enjoy our stay there.
